When I leave a Body and Brain class I feel deep calm. That calm that comes from being connected with myself: present to both body and mind because each are relaxed and reconnected. I just started taking classes in Brookline and am loving them. Meghan is wonderful and the classes are very welcoming. This type of yoga and tai chi are new to me, and I’m finding the classes both energizing and relaxing
