“We had an overall good experience at the body shop. Our car was deemed totaled by insurance but we wanted to have it fixed. They did an overall excellent job repairing it and it now looks as if the accident never happened and the car drives very well. The price is also very reasonable compared to other places. The only reason that I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are very busy and often underestimate the time it will take. So be prepared to potentially wait a long time for the work to be done. But it will be done very well if you have the time.”

They kept me well-informed throughout the process, and even cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up. Before the repairs even started, a separate third-party driver scratched the top of my left rearview mirror. I mentioned it to the owner of Ultra Collision and asked for a quote to repair the scratch. To my surprise, when I got my car back, they had repaired it for free!

“I had a terrific experience with the company. The staff appraiser, Laura Tarabelli, made me feel confident that everything would be taken care of, and that the repair would be done well. I was very pleased with the efficiency and quality of the job. I must admit it was a “minor” problem as a result of someone backing up into my bumper while trying to parallel park (seriously!). I highly recommend the shop, and it was in a super convenient location. Hopefully won’t need them again, but would go there if I did.”
