Boston E-Bikes is a business that deserves recognition for their friendly, committed, calm, cool and collected service.Their ability to tend to the needs of individuals with physical handicaps like myself is heart warming and lifts the spirit on each visit.I am pleased with this company and their attitude of being part of a family with customers and The General Public. It can be a rare experience to encounter individuals like this with manners, respect, dignity, humility and a willingness to put a smile on their customers faces with lighthearted humor.I look forward to additional encounters and maintaining the joy of my E-Bike with The Boston E-Bikes Family.

Wonderful service! I booked an appointment with Gerry and was able to bring my bike into the shop on the same day. The turnaround was quick, and the brake job and tire alignment done on my bike are impeccable. Additionally, smaller services like pumping my tires were done free of charge. Thank you!

Gerry is a really friendly guy, I just stopped by to get my tires filled, as I hadn’t ridden a bike in years . Had a great conversation with him and he even fixed my fender for me.

Gerry and Boston Ebikes are da bomb! They converted my folding Tern 2 years ago (pics on their website) and I just had it tuned up. Was able to get an appointment in a short time and they quickly turned it around, did a fantastic job of tuning it up, checking everything, replacing the brake pads, testing the battery, and even cleaning it up. So happy with the service, the bike conversion and the vibe! Highly recommend!

I recently had my brake pads and rotors replaced at Boston Ebikes. Gerry was friendly, knowledgeable and kind! Having never owned an e-bike before, I was hesitant to purchase one without knowing I would be able to get reliable service and advice in my area. Working with Gerry was great and alleviated all my anxiety; he listened to what I was looking for in a bike and helped me choose the right make and model. He helped confirm technical specifications with the manufacturer to ensure I would be able to use my bike trailer with the new bike, and the whole process from ordering to picking up the bike was smooth and easy! I cannot recommend Gerry (and Tessa!) enough :)

There are SO many options out there, what I needed was an expert guide to listen to my situation (age, fitness level, goals, where I’d be using the bike etc) and find the right option. Easy to make an appointment and got to test ride my e-bike - everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable about the bikes and I got to ride away with my bike the next day.I was tempted originally to buy a bike online and get it delivered, but being able to test it and have an expert do the vetting makes me feel so much better about my purchase, and I got to stay local which is awesome
