Cannot or will not read other banks cards for withdrawals from the ATM. Staff pretended my card was damaged. I walked to Cleveland Circle and verified my card was fine by going to the ATM there. The dismissive and uninterested attitude of the staff here was disappointing.

This is the absolute worst bank we have ever used. We have banked with Bank of America and Charles Schwab and never had the issues we had with this bank. We constantly get locked out of online banking, they people are rude, the mobile check deposit doesn't work. If you are use to working with a sophisticated high level bank I would not recommend them at all.

The staff at Brookline Bank 1661 Beacon St. are uniformly kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A real neighborhood bank.
