Carroll Window Shade is a family owned business with great service and product. They are extremely happy with new shades which look fantastic and light darkening shade in the bedroom. They measure windows, installed roller shades and other blinds quickly, on time, and responsive. They schedule appointments quickly, gave great advice, and suggested less expensive ones which work well. Carroll Window Shade is honest, competent, and good eye for what works.

Had a shade cord that was tangle inside the headrail. Brought it to Carroll Shades and they unraveled, re-tensioned the thing in about 15 minutes. Didn't charge us for it. That kind of service is why a family business survives ninety years.

We used Carroll Shades for our window treatments on a small office build-out. They suggested Hunter Douglas roller shades that complement the projector nicely. The installation was tidy and due to the discounts, it was easy to keep within budget.
