DaVita Brookline has many dedicated and wonderful people who work at this clinic, and I find myself fortunate to be treated here. There is one person in particular, nurse Jessica, that I would like to single out, she has shown no end in her empathy, kindness, and consideration for me and her other patients, for our physical and mental wellbeing by just being the most sincere, wholesome, and emphatic of people I’ve ever known through her exceptional care.Nurse Jessica’s dedication to our care is greater than I could ever fully put into words. She simply has exceeded all expectations with her medical knowledge and professionalism on a consistent basis. I can tell, for her, it’s not just a job but an opportunity to reach out to her patients with compassion far above just simple bedside manners. Working in dialysis is a physically and mentally challenging career, one that Jessica excels in. Never once have I heard her say no to a patient or anyone when asked for help.The people who work here are heroes, saving lives every day, and Jessica is chief among them, perhaps more angel than human – certainly a super human based on the incredible hours they work every week and through all the dangers of the pandemic, I just cannot express my gratitude enough.

Natasha is such a great tech! She is diligent, thorough, caring, and thoughtful. She does more than just baseline execution... constantly going further than expectation. She is not afraid to challenge others with facts. She even challenges the doctors ( respectfully). She is a great mentor to the new staff. I listen in even as a patient cause it helps demystify the place.
