I had something delivered with instructions on where to have it sent. My friend never received it - I called multiple times and only heard back once with no help at all. They just told me their driver did their job and had no other explanation on what could have happened. I was unable to talk at the time and called them back/left messages to either get a refund or figure out where it was delivered. However, nobody called me back and have ignored my calls. Really disappointed in their customer service. Will not be ordering from here again.

Horrible service Manager speaks to customers in a extreme condescending manner all I wanted to know was where my delivery was and I got spoken down on.. she did not want to give me the contact to HR for obvious reasons… never again I refused to spend my money and get shit talk when don’t know where my shit is.. DEFINITELY LOST A CUSTOMER

Katrina was so absolutely lovely and sweet. Enthusiastic and beyond helpful, and took extra time and consideration to make sure the perfect birthday gift was delivered. Everything was perfect. Their delivery driver was just as sweet and considerate. The best location yet!

Very disappointed in my experience today. Placed an order and paid for express delivery to Brigham Womens. Driver refused to deliver to destination room claiming he would get a ticket and left on the downstairs counter in a huge hospital in Boston. Upon calling the store they said that they had to use an uber to deliver. Although they refunded our money, they expressed no empathy for the sitiation and did not even apologize. Just wanted to send a nice gift to my sister in the hospital and it was not delivered and lost. Terrible experience and horrendous customer service. Acted as if we were a burden calling them and they made it clear that they did not have time for us.

Walked in this edible arrangements and literally stood there for 15-20. Nobody greeted me, it was literally a ghost town. I made the chimes jiggle multiple times to no avail. Then I finally banged on the door, and some girl comes out looking higher than a kite saying she never heard us come in. She then keeps making me and my daughter wait while she went in the back THREE different times for 7 mins each time. Won’t be coming here again. Sucks because I love edible arrangements so much!

I have mixed feelings about my order. On 4/6/24, I ordered the birthday edible arrangements with strawberries covered with both milk and white chocolate for pickup on the next day. I arrived a little bit later than expected on 4/7/24 due to some unforeseen running around in preparation for my daughter's birthday celebration. Once I got there, I asked the staff if they could bring my edible arrangements out to me, and they obliged. The young lady was very pleasant, and I appreciate her not only offering to bring out to me but then doing so. She gets five stars. What I didn't like was the fruit. The strawberries were old and fuzzy, and my daughter did not enjoy them. I was so disappointed. I will not be ordering from that location again.

We came here for the first time and the lady in the front her name Grabiela was very helpful and sweet! Great place to go if getting a gift!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I around the corner and several apartments down from this location and about a month and a half ago they installed a new alarm system that goes off every single time the door is opened. This alarm is so loud that I can clearly hear it inside of my apartment with all of my windows shut. One of the employees mentioned that they were looking into changing it but the manager needs to fix this ASAP because they are violating the noise ordinance.

Our daughter was traveling on business during her birthday. We requested the arrangement be delivered to her hotel. It arrived in the morning and was as pictured. The fruit was very good as well. The only disappointment was you have to spend an additional $6 for a card to tell who the gift is from. In the end it was worth it. We picked this location based on reviews and are grateful to those who leave honest reviews.

Worst experience ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an order for pickup on Jan 14 for 1:00 PM, it gave that option online. I went and got there well before 1:00 PM to pick up the arrangement I bought for a birthday and the store was CLOSED. I called every number I could, even knocked on the door and no response. It is absolutely ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do NOT recommend going to this store at all. I am hoping they give me a FULL refund because I spent over $100 on this order.

So delicious I’ve been a loyal costumer for some bit I love how fresh the fruits are every time. I have yet to experience any kind of rude behavior from any of the staff. I love how they take care of my every want and needs such as customizing the arrangements to how I want. They really prioritize their costumers and it shows ❤️ 10/10 will be seeing me ordering here more times to come in the future.
