I wish I could give 0 stars. I around the corner and several apartments down from this location and about a month and a half ago they installed a new alarm system that goes off every single time the door is opened. This alarm is so loud that I can clearly hear it inside of my apartment with all of my windows shut. One of the employees mentioned that they were looking into changing it but the manager needs to fix this ASAP because they are violating the noise ordinance.

Our daughter was traveling on business during her birthday. We requested the arrangement be delivered to her hotel. It arrived in the morning and was as pictured. The fruit was very good as well. The only disappointment was you have to spend an additional $6 for a card to tell who the gift is from. In the end it was worth it. We picked this location based on reviews and are grateful to those who leave honest reviews.

Worst experience ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an order for pickup on Jan 14 for 1:00 PM, it gave that option online. I went and got there well before 1:00 PM to pick up the arrangement I bought for a birthday and the store was CLOSED. I called every number I could, even knocked on the door and no response. It is absolutely ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do NOT recommend going to this store at all. I am hoping they give me a FULL refund because I spent over $100 on this order.

So delicious I’ve been a loyal costumer for some bit I love how fresh the fruits are every time. I have yet to experience any kind of rude behavior from any of the staff. I love how they take care of my every want and needs such as customizing the arrangements to how I want. They really prioritize their costumers and it shows ❤️ 10/10 will be seeing me ordering here more times to come in the future.

WOOOOOOOW! This shop has gone *way* above and beyond what I even imagined! They were able to deliver an arrangement despite difficulties, and, I don't know how, but they made a way to make it work!!! And I've been told the arrangement is stunning and so clearly crafted with love and care! I wish I could give this shop 10 stars! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

My boyfriend ordered an edible arrangement for Valentine’s Day and nearly all my fruit was rotten. The pineapples had white spore looking specs that I’m gonna assume are mold. My strawberries (especially the chocolate dipped) were discolored and wilted. I’ve been calling for 2 days now and cannot get anyone on the phone. We have left messages and requested assistance via the website.

I love Edible arrangements but this location never delivers on time. They don’t follow the contact instructions and you always have to reach out to customer support. I have used other locations without this issue! It is only when you have to try and get your money back, they re-attempt delivery! Go to the other sites (West Roxbury, Medford, etc) if you’re in Boston.

Worst experience. I picked up chocolate covered strawberries for Mother’s Day and had it same day. The some of the strawberries were bad quality. When I called back I was transferred to corporate office and there people kept on transferring me to different agents after promising to come back and help me. They would either say they are going to look up my order number or contact the store and never come back and made me wait like this for an hr. And half and the last peeps on I spoke to promised me he won’t put me on hold and till come back put me on hold and then phone was disconnected. The worst customer service I have ever experienced esp with corporate people. I asked for manager and never got any. It’s was waste of money and with family being upset for the Mother’s Day celebration.

One star for offering delivery One star for delivering in the expected time frame. No Stars for the rest. Fruits didn't seem thoroughly washed, had a bit of funny aftertaste. I would recommend going to this location and picking up. More importantly, thoroughly check the fruits before buying.

I had placed an order on February 10th to have it delivered on Valentine’s Day at my girlfriends work place thinking it would be delivered at a reasonable time before she got off work. I understand Valentine’s Day is a busy day but this is ridiculous. I tried calling multiple times but never got through to anyone after being on hold for over 35 mins. Absolutely ruined Valentine’s Day because I had to tell my girlfriend about the surprise. Won’t be using them again.

WORST ARRANGEMENTS EVER, this company is nothing serious. They arrived at the end of the day, the order incomplete, the fruits spoiled and practically empty, look how it arrived and how was supposed to be.
