I had such a wonderful experience working with Shawonda on a printing order: she was so helpful and kind, and our order came out beautifully. She was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions - everything was done very quickly! I will definitely be back.

I arrived at 3 PM to drop off a package for express overnight delivery. The staff directed me to use the drop box, which I did, and I received a receipt confirming the drop-off. However, the next morning, my package had not arrived. When I checked the tracking system, I saw that it wasn't picked up from the drop box until 11 AM the following day, way past the expected timeline.
I called to ask what had happened, and I was told that the staff had been too busy to empty the drop box in time for the scheduled pickup, so it was only cleared the next day. Unbelievable!!! Also, the people who work there are extremely rude and slow.

Worst staff in the world. Could they get any ruder? When you ask them something politely they say “ like I just said “ “ as I have stated “ or simply roll their eyes. Definitely never coming back here

I just did two printing jobs with Shawanda...I knew from other google reviews she has a great reputation, and it is deserved. She was amazingly efficient, precise, and professional both over the phone and in person. She also used great judgment tinkering with one of my items that needed some help.

Came in here to mail a few packages and was using the self-service machine to do so when the lady who works here rudely stepped in without asking me if I was finished using the machine. She tried to cancel my shipment before I was done and then called me names as I was leaving. 5 minutes later as I was waiting at the bus stop she confronted me on the street and made me feel unsafe. I was a customer minding my own business using the self-service machine and she was incredibly rude to me. I see now that there are many other people who have had similar experiences with her.

A vendor told me to return sneakers in the original box and gave me a FedEx packing code. In the end I had to buy an $8 box to put that box inside of, and the sales person acted as though I had woken up this morning with the sole purpose of trying to ruin her life. Generally, a pretty bad experience.

Had to move lots of boxes across the country and multiple staff members assisted us with this. All were very helpful and explained things clearly to us. The printing and scanning can be confusing, so I'd recommend asking for help as soon as you get stuck. Would recommend this store!

I had an unpleasant experience at this location yesterday with an employee who was exceptionally rude when handling a return. She was wrong about my needing to provide my own packaging for the items saying it was my responsibility to consolidate the items when the vendor stated at FedEx, the customer doesn't need to provide a label or packaging and only a QR code was needed. She rudely and loudly told her co-worker to deal with me since she didn't want to argue. He took over and processed the return without my needing to provide additional packaging. He never apologized for her behavior. I'll never use this location again.

I understand that it’s Saturday and the staff wants to get off work but when your business is supposed to be open until 6pm and you turn all the lights out and lock the doors before 6pm, that’s not right. I don’t care if it’s 5:59pm, Ray, it’s NOT 6pm. Maybe you have a customer who got stuck in bad traffic and had difficulty finding parking all while trying to get to your business after they worked all day. Then giving an attitude saying “nothing is going out today anyway just come back tomorrow at 12” doesn’t make for great customer service. Wish I could “come back tomorrow” but now I have to wait until next weekend. Unprofessional. Rude. Terrible service. Don’t go here.
