I have a pro account to buy one MTG or pokemon pack each month. This location has not had a loose pack of MTG or pokemon for over two months. This morning, employee was happy to let 10 people stand in line when they had enough product left for 3 people. They are either thoughtless or stupid.

Jake and Tom were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful with my trade-in today. I can’t imagine having a better experience at any GameStop (let alone retail store) than the one I just had!

Some of the male staff were not pleasant they acted like they didn't want to be there and didn't offer me a membership like they did others. So I left and came back and the woman cashier was super helpful and offered me a membership and it was so quick too.

As expected from such a poorly run company, there is nobody to answer the phones for over an hour during business hours on a Sunday. Fortunately Amazon has run Gamestop to the ground, but always nicr to try to support the small guys (unless of course they do not want customers).

Hi i visited store on 23 th of december around 7 pm was rudely told by guy behind a counter that i wont be able to trade in my old ps4 slim with 2 controlers and few games i also wanted to buy a few games he said it would take like an hour ?what?I understand you want to get out of your job early on saturday but store closing hours is till 10 pm and its only 7 pm now its not like i got there last minute …Just shorten your operating hours or smthng but dont be rude to your customers gamestop ;)

The place has good options for consoles or video games, but it has only one small problem and that is the customer service is not the most adequate and timely.

Really bad store they say they open at 11am i ordered something for my sons birthday to have it ready by the time he got out of school and ordered a day ahead, i went to the store to pick it up at 12pm and store was closed and wasn't able to cancel my order for hours, thankfully i was able to buy my sons gift at best buy really bad management.
