This is a wonderful family-owned business that truly cares about its customers. They are incredibly detail-oriented and because of this they saved my motherboard from being shorted even though that wasn’t the original problem. If you're in Boston, I highly recommend this shop—not only are they skilled at what they do, but their prices are also very reasonable.

A lovely family run business that have saved my butt on a few occasions. They once fixed my iPhone for me when it wouldn't turn on. Turns out there was a little piece in there that got disconnected they opened it up and fixed it. They also recently fixed my computer. I did not have the funds to buy a new one so they fixed my hard drive and bought me some time. They gave me reasonable price. Do not sleep on fixing your computers! If you are not gaming or doing intense coding, you can repair your devices and enjoy them for a few more years. Even if you do game or code, explore your options before buying a whole new device.

Needed a usb-c cable in a pinch and called ahead to ask if they had it in stock. They did, and had it ready for me when I walked in. The owners were really nice!

Very attentively, sincerely, reasonably service and price. My laptop was broken by screening shutter down and try to fixed it by it didn’t work, then I found this shop on Google. And just one day, I be got my recovered laptop! Mr. Zhang was very nice and generous. I d recommend this shop!

This place is fantastic. Have purchased new laptops here as well having tower and laptop pc's serviced. Raymond Zhang is a brilliant diagnostician, and if he cannot fix something, I would be surprised.

Raymond and his wife are wonderful - They are knowledgeable and totally honest. I needed a transplant of some sensitive data on an ancient and nearly dead computer onto something more workable. We selected a computer from their inventory and I was up and running in no time. If I could give six stars I would.

This place is probably the best place to get your laptop fixed in the Boston area. Their price is super reasonable unlike a lot of other places that over charges you and scams you. The people there are super nice as well. I would not go anywhere but here in the future for all my tech issues!

Very cute store that has computer accessories like mice and keyboards in a pinch. a lifesaver to have nearby when you're working from home during pandemic and your mouse dies
