I had a terrific experience with the company. The staff appraiser, Laura Tarabelli, made me feel confident that everything would be taken care of, and that the repair would be done well. I was very pleased with the efficiency and quality of the job. I must admit it was a “minor” problem as a result of someone backing up into my bumper while trying to parallel park (seriously!). I highly recommend the shop, and it was in a super convenient location. Hopefully won’t need them again, but would go there if I did.

I just picked up my car from Hynes Auto Repair. I was in an accident last week and needed a passenger door replaced. The body work was excellent. What made this experience stand out and made me want to write the review was the professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness, and empathy of Laura Tarabelli. Her title is Staff Appraiser, but it's clear she is on top of the entire operation. She coordinated the auto body work, the insurance and the car rental so that I didn't have to do a thing to make everything work out. While no one wants to be in an accident and need to go through all that it entails, Laura made it as stress -free as possible. I am a retired school principal and know how critical it is to have a person like Laura at the helm. Hynes is very lucky to have such a class act employee.

They did a great job repairing the front of my Subaru after a small accident. The communication was easy, they worked well with my insurance, and they finished the repair in just a few days. :)

This place is awesome. One of the managers, Peter, has been helping me with my car for years. Excellent communication, super patient, and explains everything very clearly. No one likes having to get their car fixed, but Hynes Auto makes the experience as quality and pleasurable as it gets.

Hynes did an incredible job on my car! I was so impressed with their communication along the way. Crazily, my car was hit twice within a week and a half, and they were able to get me in in a timely manner. They also got me my car back in about a week which was incredible given the damage. Laura was fabulous and called me to check in after I picked up my car to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend!

The staff are amazing, efficient, and communicative. The front bumper of my vehicle was repaired within a week and the detailing was done with noticeable care.

I visited the Michael Hynes Auto repair for my annual vehicle inspection and had a generally positive experience. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and efficient.
The inspection process was quick. There was no wait when I arrived and so I was in & out within 20mins. The inspector explained the findings clearly and I appreciated their advise in advance to point out an issue with my windshield which would potentially fail the test and offer me options on how to proceed.
Will definitely recommend their State Inspection service.
