The nail salon is dirty. I call make appt and the lady on the phone so mean, she never ask what I want and name. And they took mani pedi 2 hours but it wasn’t good at all.

I have been going to millennium inc for a while now. They always give me good pedicures nothing special. But the manicures on the other hand are not very good and the manicures often give a tacky nail polish job. Some staff are better at nails than others. But they make sure to clean my toe nails to my liking. It’s a good place to visit in Brookline for a nice price if you want something that just gets the job done.

I’m writing this review sitting in the chair fighting for my life swatting bugs… This salon is run down and dirty 10/10 would not recommend. I actually asked for bug spray during my pedicure.

This was my first time visiting this nail salon, and I had a great experience. Kathy was my technician, and she was both skilled and attentive. I’m very satisfied with how she did my nails – her attention to detail really stood out. I’ll definitely be requesting her for my future appointments!

I came in and asked for a fill and gel and they started soaking my nails in acetone. I had over a quarter inch of grow out and my nails were pretty thick so I thought as nail professionals they understood that they were fake, I also very specifically asked for a fill. I'm new to having acrylics so didnt realize how damaging the acetone would be. After 15 minutes of soaking and scraping off the old gel manicure I realized she was damaging the underlying acrylic. She then looked more closely at my thumb and asked if it was acrylic to which I said yes they were all acrylic and I didn't want them taken off. Her and the manager talked for a minute, I had had enough so just asked for her to clean them up a little and I'd head out. They charged me $10 and I left a tip. Then I had to pay $70 at another nail place to get the acrylic completely removed and reapplied.

I love getting my nails done here. I do it through ClassPass and my gel manicures actually last me until whenever I get them redone. This is up to a month and a half at a time. I always do it with Thanh and she does an amazing job.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
My nails took two hours to finish. They came out crooked and you can see through the polish. The nail tech Completely ignored all of my requests. I asked for long nails and she filed them down so short they’re almost to my finger tips. She cut me in multiple places along my cuticles and filed too close to my nailbeds. I pulled away because it hurt, and she just continued to file aggressively. When I asked for a design she said she could do it but when it came to paint my nails, somebody came in for their appointment and she told them she could fit them in in five minutes. she proceeded to fully cover my nails in black polish and never added the design I asked for. When I called to make the appointment I was told the price range from $55 and up depending on my length and design. In the end I got short nails with no design and was still charged $85 on top of the $10 that I gave up for tip. When I called to clarify, I was charged almost $100 for nails I could buy at CVS. They proceeded to talk me in circles and say it was my fault because I didn’t speak up. They will not refund me any of my charge. They also did not explain why I was overcharged the way that I was. This is a poorly run establishment, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone ever.
