I went to get my eyebrows waxed and they burnt my eyelids. When I went to confront them they tried blaming it on me and how my skin is so sensitive. Won't be coming back

The technicians here are very good and attentive.
Price point is good and affordable especially for Brookline. I like to get a pedi every 3 weeks so being cost effective on a budget matters..
Seriously though the ladies here are friendly and thorough. Even though you can do walk in, I use their website to book the same day and the process is great.
My fav - the hot stones which is within the Signature Full Pedicure. Look, when a gal gets a bit elder older and doesn't bend & fold as easy as she used to.. it's the little things that are oh, so, all the more important! Besides a little pampering never hurt anyone, lol.
Hmmm, perhaps I'll really treat myself next appointment and have the Full Spa Pedicure!!! I'll leave floating, not walking. Haha haha ?

Was able to get a last minute dip appointment and Lisa did not disappoint. She was able to give me a proper shape on my short nails. Great, calm atmosphere. Thank you Ladies

Honestly the best gel manicure I’ve had in Boston - really nice and friendly people, clean studio and great quality! Stays on way longer than the times I went to other studio’s in Brookline or Boston. Would recommend!

My favorite place in Boston! Elaine the owner is incredibly kind and always manages to squeeze me in. All the staff are very detail oriented and produce consistently excellent results. They have great hours (open until 7:30!) too! I won't go anywhere else.

Today was the second time I had a pedicure here. The first time, the pedicure was great. This time was really quite bad. First, the person cut my left big toe, which was painful and caused bleeding. Then, she harshly tried to remove a callous on the other foot, scraped off a layer of adjacent skin, and caused significant bleeding again. Both times, she said, What is this?, as if it wasn’t obvious. I will find another salon where folks are less heavy handed and more careful.
