Poseidon Moving is truly the best of the best! When I found out I had to move out of my apartment unexpectedly due to unit issues, their team stepped in right away to pack and move all my belongings from NY to FL. I received regular updates before, during, and after the move to make sure everything was going smoothly and meeting my expectations. Poseidon moving was awesome. Came on time and moved everything quickly!! And their flat rate is truly a flat rate. Didn’t charge me one extra cent. Good service. Customer service is excellent. Very responsive to all my queries. Made their part completely stress free

This truly was a seamless experience. The sales team worked with me on my budget and timeline. They were very communicative throughout the process. The foremen were very communicative on the timing of the pickup and drop off. There was a small delay on the pick up, which was communicated in advance so that we could properly plan and prepare. The drop off was actually received ahead of schedule. I truly will use this company next time I need movers again. We moved cross country and they made the process very simple.

I needed to ship my things from New Jersey to Texas. I had gotten quotes elsewhere, and they were charging too much. I found this company in the internet and decided to call. They were very friendly and helped me avoid paying too much. The driver arrived on time to pick up my things and deliver them. He treated them with care. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Just completed a move from LA to San Francisco, I’d never used a moving company before so I was a little apprehensive booking one I hadn’t heard of.
My worries were completely for naught. I couldn’t be more impressed with Poseidon, With the three I checked (them, Northstar, and Pure) they gave by far the lowest rate for one to two day shipping (Which ended up being one day). Furthermore, they took essentially everything off my hands, Brought extra packing materials for my TV in Several computer monitors which I Didn’t buy boxes for, And helped assemble my bedframe at the destination.
Big shoutouts to Kate and Anatolii. Kate seemed to be working every day of the week for all my random questions, and Anatolii was an absolute pro with the move. If I had any complaints, It would only be that they need to make sure they’re forcing the two of them to take some time, because they definitely deserve it.
In all seriousness, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a move. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely on the ball. Couldn’t be more happy with how my move with Poseidon went.

This was my second time hiring Poseidon, and the company again provided excellent service. Kate V. and Oleg helped organize my move and were consistently responsive, knowledgable, and proactive; they made every step of the process easy and stress free. Raheem, Ivo, and Anatole, the movers I met with directly, took care of my belongings en route, and were also great -- smart, efficient, and kind.

My overall experience with Poseidon was excellent from start to finish --- their quote and estimate process was the most thorough of all the movers that I called, consisting of both a video walkthrough and and a list of large items that I provided and this made me feel confident that it was accurate; Maggie was my first point of contact and administration lead, and I found her responsiveness to be totally amazing, returning calls and e-mails during what I would consider to be after-hours on weekdays and on weekends. I rarely ever had to call back or leave a message and her responsiveness extended to e-mails, which I would sometimes send if I was unable to make a call while at work. Oleg, whom she works with and also manages logistics, was very much the same --- he was great about letting me know his availability and I was always able to get very quick replies or return phone calls from him. Throughout the period between booking the move and pick up, I had to make several changes to the scope of the move [adding items, packing services, etc.] multiple times due to my husband's changing work situation and Maggie was both SO patient with me and also able to easily pivot to meet new and/or updated needs. The actual moving team was also excellent and as organized as the admin / logistics front end, our lead Raheem contacted me a couple of days before pick up and we walked through each room over the phone, identifying potential problem areas and issues so that he and his team could plan in advance and prepare for the pick up. All three movers on the pick up leg [Raheem, Alex, Zenon] were all extremely efficient and responsive to requests, we needed some of the boxes which they were packing to be labeled a certain way so that we could identify them easily during unload and several pieces of furniture needed to stay for the next tenants moving into our apt. The entire team was very detail-oriented and always thinking ahead towards the best solution for tricky items [delicate and large LEGO Saturn rocketship model] or complex logistics [due to a second unload stop that we added last minute]. On both the pickup and unload side, they would let me know if there was anything special that I should note, like where they put boxes that we might need right away. Overall, the teams were great to work with and some of the kindest and most patient people I've met while moving [i've used a lot of both van lines and smaller movers]. Communication from start to finish was impressive from all roles, with quick replies to calls, e-mails, and texts, and I also received frequent updates from the move team while our things were in transit. Pricing is great and extremely competitive for the Boston area, where I also received an estimate from another mover that started where our final invoice for Poseidon ended. I highly recommend Poseidon [and I'm likely what most would consider 'a difficult customer'], many thanks for easing my anxiety and making this move a great one!
