Poseidon Moving company did a great job at being communicative, and answering my many questions. I had my items picked up from a different storage facility, and was worried about not being able to be present, but Poseidon moving is extremely trustworthy.The only reason I wouldn't give 4 or 5 stars was out of a delay that pushed the delivery time back a while. However even with the delay, I was reassured about the delivery timeline throughout the day, and felt like a priority.

This was my first time using Poseidon Moving and it was an overall positive experience! I had initially planned to do a big cross country move, but due to some unfortunate circumstances, plans changed.bHowever, the people at Poseidon Moving were understanding and communicative and we were able to reach a satisfactory resolution! The move itself went by faster than I anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. This won't be the last time I call Poseidon Moving for help!

Poseidon movers were decent. They were an affordable option for my DC to NYC move. They guaranteed date of arrival, although both for pickup and dropoff, they arrived after the scheduled 4-hour window. I wish they were more realistic with late arrivals so I could plan my day better. Most of my stuff was handled with care. Although not the most gentle with transportation to the storage and retrieval. Several nicks on my furniture, but nothing major. Only major damage was to my couch, that was likely because of how it was transported into the door. This was the most frustrating damage. Overall a good option, if you would like a decent job for a decent price. Expect a little more than wear and tear on your items. I might use them again, but I would be a bit more mindful of indicating pieces to handle with care.

Poseidon Moving was great to work with to get our move done quickly and easily. We moved from Boston to Washington DC and they loaded everything up on a Thursday and had it delivered the following Saturday. They did superb work getting all our furniture wrapped and loaded. And once everything was unloaded and unwrapped the payment process went smoothly. They were even really accommodating with our request to have some stuff taken to a nearby storage unit in addition to the rest of our move. If you've got a similar move to make, these folks come highly recommended.

Jay Sean and his crew were absolutely amazing for our move. They were so friendly, kept us entertained throughout the move, and worked very hard (we had a LOT of stuff) to make our move as seamless as possible. Would 100% move with them again

Very friendly and professional. They worked hard and non stop, always careful not to do any damage. They were there on time. I will definitely recommend poseidon moving company to my friends. Thank you Poseidon, you made the move so much easier!

Poseidon Movers helped make my September 1st move in Boston easy and stress free. They were prompt, communicative, and very pleasant to work with. I was extremely satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing movers.

The actual moving process was satisfactory, but my movers arrived hours late for my appointment with no real explanation, something that caused myself and my landlord quite a headache. That being said, the customer service I experienced from both the corporate office when I initially booked my move and from the crew (after they finally showed up, of course) was impressive. So I will settle for a middle-of-the-road 3-star rating, and encourage the Poseidon team to begin prioritizing timeliness to spare future clients from the hours of frustration I experienced.

Can't recommend Poseidon Moving enough - I decided to stick with their services after using them for my previous move 4 years ago and couldn't be happier with the decision. I heard back from them within a day of requesting services and their email communications/reminders were clear and helped me to prepare for my move from Brookline to Cambridge. All in all, the whole move took around 2.5-3 hours and their team of 3 was professional and personable, even after doing various moves all day.

I highly recommend Poseidon Movers! They were very helpful prior to the move - they promptly answered all my questions over the phone and through their website. The movers were on time, worked quickly, and were professional. Their storage option is also easy to setup. I will use them again and highly recommend them (especially for moves in Boston).

This was my second time using Poseidon Moving Company. When preparing for this move it was a no-brainer to go with Poseidon again because I such a great experience the first time. My moving team this time around was equally as amazing! Raheem, Timothy and Marvin were kind, professional, worked efficiently and carefully. Raheem reached out the day prior to review my inventory and answer any questions I had and kept in touch the morning of with updates. I highly recommend Poseidon moving for their fair pricing, professional and nice staff, and the ease they bring to a stressful thing like moving!

I moved from Boston to Los Angeles and decided to use Poseidon to move all my boxes. So happy with my decision! Shota, Elijah, and Raheem were all so helpful throughout my move. They were responsive, attentive, and hardworking. Nothing was damaged and I received all my items. Highly recommend for cross country moving.
