I went in to change my service from AT&T. I was welcomed right away by the rep and he talked about all the pricing and products available. After 2 hours, my wife and I left with 2 new phones and a new IPAD before going to T-mobile, I went to xfinity. I was quoted price but I needed information to transfer the lines. When I returned, not only did they not agree to the quote but they accused me of lying. Never again

The one guy at the store was no help. He didn’t provide with me any relevant solution from his end, only asked me to call customer care. I’ve been trying to solve this issue for 4 days now. I have no service. This is very professional.

i came in this morning asking about upgrading/ buying a new phone. i was very disappointed that the person who was supposed to assist me didn't seem interested in engaging with me in learning what my needs were or how they could provide information about my options-- they didn't greet me or even make eye contact with me for most of the 5 minutes that we spoke. For instance, i told them i needed to upgrade/ buy a new phone, and they said "which phone do you want" and i told them that i wasn't sure which phone i wanted- probably a new iphone (since i have an iphone currently), and that i wanted to know what my options were for buying a new phone under my plan. They didn't offer to walk me through options and differences/ prices for different phone, just said "there are 4 new iphones, which one do you want" and when i answered that i didn't know the difference between them, could they give me more context, they said "one has a darker camera, the others ones have 2" and ended the descriptions at that. I also had to try asking questions about the steps needed to upgrade/ buy a new phone-- and the person told me to go online and deal with upgrades/ new phones there vs. in person. I ended up leaving after 5 mintues because it felt like the person i was speaking with wasn't interested in speaking with me and walking me through options,. it was disappointing and not good customer service-- i can't imagine being a person who isn't familiar with phones/ plans coming in and asking for assistance. i've worked in the service industry and was really surprised this was the quality of engagement here-- i was looking to buy a phone too! i would expect much more/ better from tmobile.

I recently bundled services with t- mobile two weeks ago and couldn't be happier, I now have phone and internet service and find it to be exceptional. Everything in the house connected without a problem and within minutes. The phone is beautiful and suits me well. The person who has helped me through this transition and continues to do so, is Alexander. My previous phone carrier is acting unprofessionally and refusing to give me a transfer pin, Alexander is helping me navigate that process. I find Alexander to be extremely patient, helpful and compassionate. He is a credit to T-mobile and t-mobile has won a life long customer.

Interacting with Alexander was as much fun as getting a new phone. How unexpected it was to discover that my phone expert (which he truly is) turned out to be a cultured and fascinating person I really enjoyed speaking with. The whole experience was a pleasure, from start to finish. Class act.

I just want to share the wonderful experience I had today at the TMobile on Harvard St. Alexander was the person that assisted me and resolved a myriad of problems for me. I've been with sprint for a few years. When I received the announcement that Sprint is now T-Mobile, I was concerned about going into the store to do a phone upgrade. I figured I would be standing there forever, So I blocked out my afternoon. Visiting the T-Mobile store today, all of my fears were completely alleviated. Rosalind and theT-Mobile team at the Brookline store were fantastic! They were quick and efficient And barely took any time at all. I really appreciate the customer service. I look forward to Being a T-Mobile customer for years to come. Thanks!!!

Alexander was rude, and showed no interest in helping just for an information update, from the moment he realized he wasn't a customer for a new sale. I have 5 lines and just because of this bad experience I want to change companies.

Two consecutive visits, two different employees, two different genders, almost the same reluctant and bored service. I had relatively better service from the girl and completed my work. What I didn't find was a willingness to be informed about products and fees and I had to keep asking to be able to understand what I would be paying and what I would be enjoying. You see, it was the first collaboration with the company and I couldn't know everything.
