Horrible experience!
I checked in online; when I arrived the whiny dismissive stylist couldn't find me in the system. I showed my text message acknowledgement and she said they had given my slot to another person, apparently same first name. Why not use first AND last since they REQUIRE it to check in.
No apology for their mistake.
She checked me in and said 35 minutes wait. Clearly, she put me at the END of the queue. Not the way to make things right! The mistake was theirs, I showed up on time for the check in.
I said screw that and went to another Supercuts nearby and was DONE before the Coolidge Corner shop would have started me.
