I've been sending my dog here for 4 years. He loves going and is very comfortable with the entire staff. They do such a great job of being professional, punctual, and communicate well.

Extremely poor customer service. No one answers the phone ever, no call back after leaving several messages to confirm my appointment. They behave like they are doing you a favor - we pay for service and deserve a respect and good service

Our goldendoodle was cut on the lip during a grooming. Bleeding profusely, had to put pressure on it for a long time. Will be scarred! It was a big gouge out of his lip. Only gave our daughter 20% off when she picked him up. Not acceptable. Will not be back!

I took my corgi today to get groomed as we just moved to this neighborhood and I just have to say it was his best groom EVER. First of all - it was so quick - I would say just about an hour. At other places - it has taken 4-5 hours and I know he gets anxious being there for that long.
He looks perfect, smells amazing, and I feel like he was so well taken care of. The groomer had such kind things to say about him and really understood the cut I wanted on him, which sometimes falls flat at other places.
I let her know he's not the best with other dogs and he was just waiting in his own little gated area for me to come get him. Thank you so much and we can't wait to come back!

Amazing doggy daycare and grooming services. We take our 15lb dog to daycare Mon-Friday while my partner and I work during the day. She is always so excited when we arrive and comes back tuckered out.

My mom went away on vacation and has been asking me for updates on her puppy. The staff here have gone WAY above and beyond!! They have not only sent updates but pictures as well!! My mom is so happy!!! I've earned some brownie points!!! You guys are awesome!!
Also the staff is WICKED friendly ?

We've been taking our dog ever since she was a puppy and The Daily Stroll and its staff have gone above and beyond to give her the best care possible.We recommend TDS to pretty much all folks who are in search of a daycare! They hold regular events such as ice cream socials, meetups, and so on!A special shout out to the Allston branch (where our dog goes). We're especially thankful to Eric who's become nothing short of one of pup's favorite people in the world!
