The famous most profitable Trader Joe’s in the world!
Huge turnover of produce, so the produce is good and fresh. The staff are very nice, and the lines go pretty fast.
The rest is standard Trader Joe’s products: overall great quality, and nice special things with a twist.

This TJs must be one of the busiest, if not the busiest, in the country. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Checkout lines can be long but move quickly.
It is at a very busy area at one of the most population dense areas of the country. Finding parking during busy hours can be difficult and should be avoided (walk instead).

I have been shopping at Trader Joe’s for several years and have always been very satisfied. I spend more than $350 per week. However, for the past few months, I’ve been finding expired products (cheese with mold, rotten tomatoes…). I didn’t say anything because I thought it was an exception (so I would just throw them away), but recently I ate expired cheese with a very strange taste that made me sick. Of course, I immediately threw it away when I realized. This week, I went shopping and, since I had time, I went to the store’s customer service to express my disappointment about certain products, including the expired cheese. The employee there was very cold; she barely looked at me and told me that I needed to return with the product next time to get a refund! No apology, she didn’t try to understand, and pretended to be busy to end the conversation. Trader Joe’s is not close to my home, so I’m not going to return to the store every time I find ONE expired product to get a refund. I did not appreciate the way I was treated. It’s a shame because the staff (in the aisles and at the checkouts) is always very friendly and helpful.

Typical Trader Joe's, a good variety of products and prepared foods, a few iffy vegetables, overwhelming as far as the amount of people and bright colors. My biggest issue is that this location needs to be more respectful of the neighborhood with car traffic consistently clogging the Longwood Avenue parking lot entrance. I've waited over ten minutes to get one block because everyone's driving in and out of the parking lot. Make alternate parking obvious, have an attendant with a CLOSED parking lot sign, but it's not fair to the community when your customers constantly block the street going in and out, particularly when the street is the direct route to the Longwood Medical Area Medical District. How many ambulances have been late to arrival because of your unnecessary congestion?
