this place should lowkey close i have never gotten anything in there done fast, i went 45 minutes before closing and it was completely packed in there. They had ran out of packages and boxes which is wack because it’s a post office… and their self serve machine also wasn’t printing labels so i left there not being able to do any of the things i had to do

Way tooo slow. Why not have a separate counter for passports ? They hold up people wanting to send mail for hours. Also they never have international stamps.

super slow queue! 🙄 Why is there only one guy at the counter on a Saturday when everyone wants to run a lot of errands? That is such bad service, even though the man working there was very nice, patient and friendly

That post office is the worst there . All the workers are rude when serving customers. Today I arrived at 7:30 and it was closed, and they're supposed to open at 7:00 am. I wasted my morning getting there. The worst.

Remember the DMV sloth from Zootopia? That is what the people at this place are like. Waited 1 hour for 2 workers to help 3 people in front of me before I could mail my package.

Friendly and helpful staff. They gave me the right guidance that saved me a lot of money - using certified mail instead of registered.
They open early, and patiently helped me fill out the necessary forms.

This place should probably be shut down. I was in line behind 2 other people to buy stamps. There was one clerk at the retail booth. Person 1 needed a Passport. Okay I'll wait. 25 minutes later she was done. Next person goes up to clerk. I would like to get a passport. Decided to not wait another 25 minutes in line to buy stamps. Why does this place even exist?

Nobody or just one person taking customers, freaking slow. If u come need to wait at least 45 mins.

Staff yell at customers, line can take over an hour, as the staff literally move in slow motion. Use pirate ship to get discounted UPS rates and take your business elsewhere.
