This is THEE WORST place to pick up prescriptions from and you can guarantee that if you need to pick up a prescription, you can expect to wait over 20 minutes. Nobody ever answers the phone, they always have 1 person working in the pharmacy while everyone else is on their phones doing jack nothing in the back, prescriptions aren't filled on time, do yall even want to do your jobs? You might as well transfer your prescriptions to a new location but good luck, the pharmacy staff here won't even pick up the phone from other pharmacies trying to contact them to make that switch because that's how unprofessional they are.

Made a same-day appointment (available online) for a COVID shot. I get there, they scan my insurance card and ID, and give me a consent form to fill out. As I’m filling it out I happen to notice that the consent form is for a flu shot, not a COVID shot. I go up to the register to tell them, and they said that they thought my appointment was for a flu shot (even though they had looked at my appointment confirmation which clearly said COVID, and I clearly said I was there for a COVID shot) and that they were actually out of stock of COVID vaccines. That is, if I hadn’t happened to notice that I was filling out a consent for a flu shot, I would have been administered a vaccine I had never asked for (and which I’ve already gotten this year at this same location!). This lack of attention and carlesness to something so important such as clear patient communication, patient consent and thorough record keeping is really unacceptable and potentially dangerous. I won’t be returning to this pharmacy again.

Worst place to get photos. On two different occasions my poster boards were canceled right before an event. And prints are not cut with care. Most recently, I called costumer service and could not understand the woman because her online connection was trash. She kept telling me that she could put my order through again but couldn't tell me when it would be ready. I told her i would call the store directly. I thought this would be an easy, convenient way to make a poster board, but it turned into a big waste of my time.

This is the worse walgreens ever. If you need a prescription filled stay clear of this place. Very unprofessional!!! Horrible staff it only takes one to spoil the bunch. I have been calling for two hours. First I was placed on hold and inque for over twenty minutes. Once staff picked up, I was told that I did not have insurance to pick my very vital medications. I called my insurance company and retrieved the info that was given to me.I called back to give my insurance information but the staff refused to take it. I was placed on hold repeatedly for almost a whole hour. I called over and overagain and no one will speak to me. I am placed on hold without anyone answering the phone. 10 times I rang the pharmacy with no calls in front of me in que.I have an important medications that I need for my diabetes and blood pressure.If I can report this store to the medical board or mass licensing I will be asking if they close this store. Childish back in forth picking up the phone saying nothing and being placed on hold over ans over again. It is not just unprofessional but dangerous. What kind of pharmacy doesn't answer there phone for business.Please take heed do not send your scripts here. My doctor warnes me that this particular Walgreens was bad news. But my mother rest her sou used this pharmacy even our whole family thru the years. I dont know what to say.

The store employees are great and very helpful. My issue is with the pharmacy/pharmacists. I have important medications that I need to take everyday. Last month, there was a national shortage of my one of my medicines. I know there is only so much they could do as a pharmacy but they were so unhelpful. There was no notification that my prescription was out of stock until I went to go pick it up. The pharmacist there said that they had another dosage in stock that I could get my doctor to write for me and use it to equal to dosage I would normally take. So I do that, and then she says they actually don’t have it. They left me in a bind not once but twice.I went to go get another medicine today after it being called in with more than enough time to process and be ordered and they say that it’s actually not ready and they never filled the prescription! Again no notification, no nothing. I had to find out by trial and error when I went to go get my other 2 medications and the third was missing. They let the order sit in my account and took no action on it. They said that they have no clue why they didn’t fill it and now since it’s out of stock, they had to reorder it, meaning that I was now having no medicine until that order came in. The medicine isn’t one I can just not take… they are so uncommunicative and careless with these prescriptions. I’m so frustrated and upset that it has happened multiple times.

Why aren't negative stars an option? I visited the store this pm and had to deal "again" with that same girl - she was working along with a colleague with eyelash extensions. I've had previous interactions with her, and I'm confident that the only document she must have submitted for this position was a "Summa Cum Laude Certificate of Excellence in Rudeness, Poor Attitude, and Bitching". It's disappointing to see the decline of this Walgreens location. I've been going there for close to 25 years. It's literally falling apart.

An automated phone message told us that our prescriptions were ready. However, only one was ready, the other two "couldn't be filled," apparently because they had not received them from the wholesaler, at least I think that was what I was being told. They could not explain why the message did not specify this. I guess Corporate doesn't tell them anything.I then asked when the other two, common drugs used to treat high blood pressure and cholesterol, would be ready. "Maybe one or two days." And would we be notified when they were filled? "I think so."And that was that. We are right not to trust Big Pharma[ceuticals]. We shouldn't trust Big Pharmacy either.

They put discount price on pistachios $6.49. When I check out. A chaser said $10.99. I showed her the price was wrong, then she said she can adjust the price.But the manager came to said can’t adjust price. And walked away!He doesn’t even check they put wrong discount price.The cashier woman was nice but the manager was not professional at all.He supposed to adjust price. This is under Massachusetts Law.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. Always understaffed. I’ve been in line for 20 min to pick up a refill and the line hasn’t moved. Has been like this for years. Go to any other pharmacy.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know I’ve been helped by SKYE twice and she is very lovely and very positive and even asked me if I found everything OK? She amazingly remembered my daughter from our last visit (and her baseball game) which is pretty cool . Considering some of the past employees that have left me feeling like a cranky iold lady , I just thought I would take the time to let you know that this employee brightened up my day at the end of a long workday. .Thanks !

I visit this location sometimes on the way home from work. The employee, Skye, always greets the customers upon entering the store with a warm smile. Super helpful and engages in great conversation. She made my day when I went in after having a bad day at work! She’s very hard-working, and always has a smile on her face. She is a great asset to this Walgreens and should be compensated for her excellent customer service.

Walgreens has gone down hill badly I've gone to go to Walgreens a few times to be greeted by sign on the window saying. Sorry for the inconvenience due to short of staff the store is closed for the day ? so I've stopped going as often because I'm not sure if the store will be open oh and the pharmacy will always be closed often for the day ?

The pharmacy at Walgreen's in Brookline is short-staffed. Be prepared to wait a LONG time even if you have an appointment for a COVID vaccine.
