Absolute lie! Practically nothing is 50%-70%! Everything I brought to the register "doesn't apply for the sale". Does the company know what the word "EVERYTHING" means? So very disappointed. I'll never shop at any of their stores again.

Employees need to do better, I walked into the store and the 2 girls working gossiping in front of the store. They did not greet us, ignored us. I noticed they did not greet anyone of color, and only said “Hi how are you?” to white people.

Awful. Bought clothes online that did not fit due to Aeropostale's horrible sizing post rebranding - be prepared to expect oversized and undersized everything. Had a DIGITAL receipt given this was a DIGITAL purchase, and the store only proved in-store exchange credit - no refund available per sales rep or supervisor given I "did not have a [paper] receipt" which the order did not come with. How stupid can these people get? Really ought to be employing people with business degrees these days and upping the salary for that, worth filling roles with common sense that the store is entirely devoid of in terms of its policy practices. Truly a testament of the corporation's Nordstrom-esque prices for Dollar Tree quality apparel and products. Serve your customers right and understand that email confirmations of online purchases do stand as receipts, or pick up a book on organizational management and LEARN. Fools.

aeropostale has to hire people who know how to treat customers with descent , the two employees I mentioned have no respect for the customer ...this must be why the store is empty, with poor service

They sell faulty clothes in that store in the mall... that should be in an outlet or specify that they are faulty!The sellers' service is very good!Only what I bought left something to be desired...
