It’s horrible experience at this store. Each time I went to rerun I am told the system is down. Clearly they are not being honest to their customer. No more Aldo for me for sure. I see other people have also same complaine and no action has been taken.

Very disappointed with this store’s return policy — or lack of one. We tried to return an item twice, and both times we were told the system was “down for returns.” we went to another branch to make our return were told that brulington store manager “doesn’t like to do returns.” That’s not just unprofessional — it’s unacceptable. If the return system is truly down, it shouldn’t be down for days. And if it's just personal preference, that's even worse. Definitely won’t be shopping in this store again.

Genner and the other associate were very helpful. They had a great selection. Unfortunately, all my items had to be billed separately and Genner was very patient in processing multiple orders. Thanks for the great service.
