The store itself and the clothes are cute but the staff is rude and unhelpful. My daughter went in to make a return today and the girl helping her was very unkind and nobody offered to help her when she wanted to try something on.

Rude manager and she wouldn’t get off her phone. Was acting manic and smelled like alcohol… not a good look and will be taking my business to a new location.

I recently visited and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The moment I walked in, before I even started browsing, a staff member rudely told me not to “rip through” a section they had just folded. I found this completely uncalled for since I hadn’t even touched the display or begun looking at anything.
As a paying customer, I expect to feel welcome when entering a store, not made to feel like an inconvenience. I understand the importance of keeping things tidy, but addressing customers in such a presumptuous and dismissive tone is unnecessary and unprofessional.
I hope the management takes steps to improve staff training on customer service, as experiences like this can easily turn people away.

They have clearance items as well as more expensive items. Store is very clean and nice looking. Employees are very friendly

I love my buy cloths from here but I don't feel that the staff is welcoming in the same way towards everyone. I hope the start hiring from a more diverse pool. I will most definitely go back but minimize my interactions with with the staff

They opened at 12 but say online they opened at 10. Difficult to wait 2 hours with an infant. Love their clothes, however they run small. Employees are always nice!

One of my new favorite stores!!! So well decorated and the staff were SO friendly! I got two adorable pairs of shorts and a new top which I LOVE! Moderately priced and such a good vibe. Totally recommend.

The clothes always shrink even when you follow the instructions on the tag. Love the clothes but they shrink after 1 wash.
