Bad and unfriendly customer services at this store especially the guy looked like hispanic or arab. He is rude and mean. The one who is working today (02/22/2024)

Minh really helped me and my wife out by facilitating the process of switching from Mint to AT&T and my wife from prepaid to the family plan. I would suggest avoiding Natick Corporate Store and go to Burlington Mall instead because the reps and trainings is far superior at that location.

I was in the Burlington Mall (Corporate) Store the other day because I had a problem with my bill and needed an adjustment. I had called customer service weeks before and this is what they told me I had to do... The person I initially spoke with in the store said he could not help me ,but the manager (Gio) could although she was in meeting for the next hour and a half. It was noontime. I killed some time at the mall and came back to find the manger finishing up helping a customer and told her I needed some help. After explaining the situation, she said she didn't understand why I needed to come in, but she obliged and went through similar motions - calling customer support, getting put on hold, etc. She did this even though she still had not had lunch (it was almost 2 pm) and she did it without any hesitation. She got the adjustment I needed (it was significant) after about a half hour of waiting/explaining/waiting/... and I was very relieved and very satisfied. Gio demonstrated the kind of customer support that all employees in a client facing role should be doing all the time - put the customer first! Kudos to her and to the store and to ATT for doing the right thing.

It pains me to put in the effort and write a bad review BUT the aggressive sales tactics and manipulation that salespeople employ are unacceptable and embarrassing. Straight up lies and deception. What is really bothersome is that I was loyal, long term, profitable customer for them and yet none of that mattered. It is slimy and embarrassing for a Fortune 500 firm like AT&T to operate like this.

Shout out to sales rep Matthew and manager Ebony. False advertisement at its finest! Went into the store to upgrade an iPhone and sales rep insisted Apple Watch was free “why not take it” ( we don’t need it we got some ) “ but it’s free”, I never signed anything agreeing to anything. Well 2-3 months later they start billing us for the “free” watch (basic SE) I returned the watch, still getting billed for everything, and they have the watch sales rep took it. Now we need to deal with a little further inconvenience and take it to court. Save yourself the stress don’t go to this store.

My mom and I were at this AT&T store on Labor Day weekend. I have to say I am beyond disappointed that my mom got tricked into signing up for the FirstNet plan. We were told that it would save money on the bill but she has had nothing but issues ever since. I get that people have to make a living but this guy was so nice and I was stupid enough to think he was being genuine. Never again!
