One name: Julia Locke. 85 middlesex turnpike #3020. That's the store you are going to want to go to if your reading this. Julia was the only wireless specialist working the day I came in. I had just had my S21 Ultra fixed around the corner, but they jacked up the Sim card reader and sent me to the at&t store around the corner. Julia was amazing. She worked on troubleshooting my phone while educating me during the process. Girl has a heart of gold, very professional, and a great personality. She got my phone back up and running after trying a few things. I appreciated her patience. I've seen associates give up after one or two tries, then try to sell you another phone. Julia, you are awesome, and I hope at&t and senior management understand what they have in you. You keep up the great work. You gave me a little more faith in AT&T.

My sons phone was not working properly. I definitely thought I was going to have to pay atleast $100 for a repair or get tricked into buying a new phone. We spent 10 minutes watching Tenaka troubleshoot while answering all of our questions about other products. He fixed it. No charge! Super helpful, so polite, informative and knowledgable.... and I have a happy teenager staring at his phone again. I will go out of my way to go to the Burlington location in the future! Thanks Tenaka!

I came into the store and was the only customer. The apparent senior person there on Saturday September 8, 2023 was ill equipped to provide an answer to "what is the difference in my current Z Fold 3 and the newest model, stating that he did not know because" he always uses an I phone". He also gave me incorrect guidance on a question regarding use of current phone. I immediately went to a real ATT store ( this one was a third party store) and got super service, clear answer and useful guidance.

The AT&T store at 85 Middlesex Rd in Burlington is a great choice. Mark, the manager, is first rate. He is patient, smart, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

My iphone was broken just before the holiday due to a battery failure. I went to get a new phone in Burlington mall. The person in the first store on the 2nd floor of the mall could not help me. Then I went to this store. Tanaka was very friendly and helpful. He walked through the process to get me a new phone, and helped me to activate it. He even extended the store hour for 30 mins to help me setting it up, and he was patient all the time. I now have a phone to use during the holiday.

I traded in my Iphone 12 for a 14. The young woman, Julia, who assisted me was able to facilitate my purchase quickly and easily, Julia put me at ease in helping me determine my needs and conversion to a betyter program plan. I would definitely recommend to my friends to use this ATT site.

I wanted to purchase an American SIM card for my Canadian phone while I am visiting for 10 days. Tanaka installed it and hooked me up with a plan for $50 a month. When I leave Massachusetts I call customer service to suspend the account until the next time I visit. Easy peasy.Thanks Tanaka

Sylvia Powellat made this experience AMAZING!!! I have had a rough couple of days, including jumping into a pool with my phone. She made the experience of getting a new phone unbelievably enjoyable. I will definitely be going back to her (and AT&T of course) in the future!

Liars and manipulators. Please don't bother dealing with these people. I had the worst experience ever. Rude and indifferent. I wish I had checked the reviews before I went there.

On Super Bowl weekend I purchased a phone online to pick it up at this store. When it was ready I went to pick it up and was just handed the phone. They didn't check my ID or setup the phone at all. The next few days I was still getting emails saying that the phone was ready for pickup. After multiple calls and visits to this store I was told lots of different things. Fast forward to this week, I was called by the manager, Sylvia, saying that I needed to pay the taxes on the phone because they had been returned to me. We agreed to meet at 4:30 and due to traffic I got to the door at 4:34 and it was locked with a sign saying "On break, be back at 4:42." I went and ran another errand and showed up at 4:47, the sign was gone but the door was still locked. I had to call the store to have the employee open the door. When I get inside I find out that the manager I agreed to meet with wasn't even there and in order to do what needed to be done he had to FaceTime her while she was elsewhere. The entire time the employee helping me didn't say anything to me. After 45 minutes they supposedly figured everything out but come to find out he put multiple eSims on my phone so I had to take it to the actual AT&T store to get it all sorted. Save your time and go to the actual store in the mall. They know what to do and what customer service actually is.

Worst customer service you could ever imagine!!!!!!!! I signed up for two new phones at a promotional price of $1 per month and they sent me the wrong phones that were not part of the promotion and then wouldn't fix the issue. When I went to the store they told me tough, nothing we can do about it call customer service, customer service said go to the store. Typical big company BS. When I asked for the managers name and number they tried to kick me out of the store and said they were going to call the police. The manager would never speak with me, but continued to text and call the onsite representative, so strange... It comes down to they just didn't want to take the finical hit on the mistake they made. I was going to move my whole business over to ATT, not anymore!I know i'm nothing in ATT eyes, customer service is dead in the USA.I'm switching again....
