Horrible customer service at the Burlington, MA Bank of America branch. The Assistant VP and Manager would not assist me. She kept telling me to leave to call a number with automated steps. I don't understand why a manager would be incapable of helping me and a number with automated steps that I already tried the night before was her solution. I left and called the number since she wouldn't help me. The steps still didn't work. I went back again and she wouldn't help me and told me to leave and call the number again. I tried again and then went back and she would not help me and sent me home and said a customer service rep would call me. Again I don't understand why a customer service rep who I had never spoken to before was better qualified to help me than a manager. If customer service reps are more knowledgeable than Assistant VPs, I hope they receive greater compensation than the Assistant VP does. Since customer services reps are better qualified to help, I wish she would have just let me wait and talk to one there. But I had to drive home, got stuck in traffic, barely made it home in time. Got the call and then couldn't hear the rep because of a bad connection even though I was on a landline, she wouldn't call me back, I emailed the Assistant VP and asked her for the contact information of the Vice President of her branch (her boss) and she did not respond to my email. Definitely need to take my business elsewhere.

Charging people $8 per check to cash there own back issued checks is low even for Bank of America. Fuck you B of A and all you stand for.

This is the worst location. It's in the mall and as a mall employee I've never worked at a mall where the bank is not staffed to cater to help everyone; everyday customers coming in and all the mall stores who rely on the bank. Every time I come in there are only 2 tellers and you would assume they would staff more on a Friday when EVERY STORE is coming in to grab change but they don't. So there is always a 20-30 minute wait for something as simple as change.

According to the BofA website, the 75 Middlesex Tpke address would be the location within the Burlington Mall. I visit this particular branch sometimes because of their convenient hours. After all, their lobby is open from 10AM to 8PM Mondays through Saturdays. Upon visiting, there is usually a person at the front who would ask what service you are looking for and would helpfully call one of the people in the rear offices to help in cases that are trickier than the regular bank teller to handle.
