Overall the experience was good! The employees were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Knocked off a star because of their open box policy (which in this case was actually NO BOX at all) The staff did everything they could to get us taken care of but ultimately it was the corporate red tape that sent us to another store to buy a TV.

My recent visit to Best Buy was a disaster. The store was a mess, with aisles cluttered and products scattered everywhere. The manager was completely incompetent, unable to answer simple questions and showing no concern for customer satisfaction. The overall atmosphere was dismal, with uninterested employees and dim lighting. Best Buy has become the worst store in the state, thanks to its abysmal management and complete lack of customer care. Avoid it at all costs.

My experience was top notch, I don’t like asking for help much so when I asked J at the desk for a screen protector he was more than happy to help, he even put it on for me and cleaned my phone while he was at it! Real genuine guy. 10/10 give that man a raise

Do not hire geek squad to mount a tv for you they have the worst management, who ever handles installation appointments should be fired. The workers are great!
