I highly recommend joking this studio. The instructors are excellent. They are encouraging and happy to demonstrate postures at classes. The space is amazing - can easily accommodate a large class size. I recently started practicing yoga again and I returned to BYBMA after a few years away. It is the BEST workout and all of the instructors are amazing, especially Mike for yoga and Ali for Pilates. I’m so happy to be practicing again and I’m getting so many benefits from doing so!
