It's sad to see how this hotel is falling down. The elevators had been broken almost every stay this time only two of the three elevators worked. The gym for the last two stays has had the ac broken making that place unbearable especially with others working out.Great location great staff, but in a bad need of some major repairs.

It is a mostly decent hotel with good clean rooms and good service. The main deficiency with this Hotel is actually the parking lot and lack of any pedestrian accommodation. There are zero crosswalks to lead you from the parking lot to the entrance. my family was almost hit by a driver crossing from the parking lot to enter the hotel. I'm reasonably sure none of it meets ADA as well. It's a dangerous situation that needs to be addressed.

Average. Fine if you have to be in this location.

Toilet seat in room didn't have a lid on it, TV was lagging even with good internet connection. Said room service was offered but had to go down to the front desk to get anything ordered. Only one out of the three elevators were working so going up and down was very crowded and took long. Food in the restaurant downstairs was not very good and were missing things from our order. If you want the breakfast get down there fast because it ends at 10:30 and if you're 5 minutes late they have already put it all away. Maybe we caught it on an off week but I wouldn't recommend here for a family.

This hotel's elevators mostly don't work, and haven't for months. This is unacceptable, and my main reason for the poor review. This hotel would otherwise get 4.5 stars from me. They have a ridiculously expensive breakfast buffet and an expensive (but nice) attached restaurant. The room I was in was nice, clean and well maintained. The staff is kind, polite, and helpful.Their WiFi is also expensive, though a lot cheaper for rewards members. They have a tiered pricing plan, and even the top tier is not very good, though should be fine for most users. They have a nice big parking lot, but nothing interesting within easy walking distance. It makes a great spot for a small convention and services business travelers well. The hotel has 9 floors and 50-60 rooms per floor. It would have three elevators, but two of them were non-functional for my entire stay of a week. This is too few, and the consequent lack of mobility seems like it could easily be a safety hazard in some situations. And, of course, there was a brief period of a few hours in which no elevators were working. They had people use the service elevators then, but you had to traverse a room full of stuff and a narrow hallway. And the lights went out in the elevator a few seconds before the door opened which was a bit worrisome.Talking to some people, it became clear that this had been the situation for months. The staff were well aware this was a major issue, and the blame for this lies squarely on incompetent hotel management.

Clean room but quite old, not particularly pleasant or unpleasant, but nothing more. Not very attractive furniture. The bathroom was very clean and the shower spacious.Only one elevator working, it's been like that for months, apparently.Positive: Very nice staff and the breakfast was amazing, fresh and varied.

I found my experience at the Burlington Marriott horribly unsatisfactory. There was a single elevator in operation despite hoards of guests. The front desk was curt and unable to resolve gross errors on their end, did not extend my room as requested despite supervision from management, and housekeeping was horrible. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Rooms: Seulement 1 ascenseur/3 qui fonctionnait, ventilation en continue même si éteinte sur la panneau de contrôle. Bruyant.

Excellent hotel! Rooms have been updated with glass door shower, and modern fixtures. Water pressure was good being on the 7th floor and I didn't hear much of others room plumbing as that's normally the case on older hotels. The linen and towels were soft but the mattresses were hard and could use a pillow top to help soften the sleep. The A/C unit was quiet however the thermostat limited your options a bit to essentially just temperature. I normally like to keep the fan on to fade the outside noise, but this unit wouldn't stay on. If you're a light sleeper, request a room on the opposite side of the highway as the traffic and louds cars will get loud after 6am. (Windows are not well insulated) The hotel lobby is ample, welcoming decor and the fragrance is lovely. They only had one elevator working (1 out of 3 elevators) which made it very hectic and messy as they would be a line of people waiting for the elevator. ? The breakfast buffet was good. The fruit salad bar was the best part as they had a large variety of fruits. They had an omelets station, which was a plus as those liquid, fakes eggs get disgusting after a few minutes. Would've like to see non-dairy milk for cereal and coffee and granola and yogurt as well. All the staff was awesome and friendly. We got partial house keeping that made our beds and refreshed some of the towels and refilled our coffee k-cups. Those smalls details make a difference to make as I hate having to call front desk to ask for what should be expected.

Tired rooms in need of remodel, funky not fresh smell, carpets needed cleaning. And I reserved king bed but was given double instead (and I am Ambassador level clubmember). Although when I complained they did switch me to king (no upgrade). They don't seem to care much about status members. But the restaurant staff were great and breakfast was amazing. Free parking was awesome. Overall stay was "just ok" but I will will probably go somewhere else next time.

Stayed for a conference that I helped organize. The staffwas attentive and very easy to work with. The location was great. Close-ish to Boston for our flying attendees. Close to all that is close by at and around the Burlington Mall.Walkability: It is over a hilly mile to walk to the mall.Food & drinks: The bar and restaurant were very popular during our event. They make a pretty good Chicken Parm
