If I could give negative score I would, the instructor doesn't I struct kids, they are looking at the phone or the tablet, nothing to do with gymnastics, my kid cabe back injured, because she lended incorrectly, instead of correcting her they screamed at her that she is doing it wrong, forbid here to do the exercise because they would be fired, due to her mistakes.Whenever child approaches with a problem, they have only one response, "don't teach me how to teach"But they are not teaching, and not instructing. If you are not part of team you are a barden for them. There is no communication, the only communication, is to pay or to withdraw child from class. The instructor is very nice were talking to a parent, but not supportive or knowledgeable to really train the kid and teach him correctly gymnastics..Please if possible don't send your child there. It is horrible place.

We started at this gym 4 years ago. Daughter is on team. When Juston and Jackie took over it was a new beginning. The gym was very successful but very set in their ways. Now it’s better and different. More direct communication with the coaches. More partnership between parents, coach and athlete. We all want our girls to succeed and develop into strong athletes and with Juston and Jackie they get strong partners to achieve this. We highly recommend this gym.

Unfortunately I wish I could give this gym a better rating. I signed my daughter up for recreational Thursday classes in April 2023. I was told that the account will be debited automatically by the front desk staff they hired for only 3 months. It was debited automatically and then also charged me for late fees. They also charged me for June classes and neglected to tell me they didn’t have two of the four classes open. So we showed up twice in a row with no class available, however it was paid for. I also signed my daughter up for their Gymnastics camp. It was $425 for the week, and my daughter told me they do 20 mins of gymnastics and then sit inside of a room upstairs for the rest of the time while the instructor sat on her phone. When I have emailed and called multiple times in regards to the billing issues, the new owners(a husband and wife) neglected to call me or speak to me directly. They gave a very vague email reply, and then ignored my other questions and emails. This gym is not professional, and there is zero front desk staff or adults in the building during the camps and Rec classes. Waste of money and a waste of our time. Not professional and the new owners are not doing their job, and they don’t know how to run their JackRabbit computer/billing system. However they will keep taking your money. They are milking the Olympic gymnastics credentials from 2008- 2016. Otherwise that’s all they have for their name. We will not be returning.

They organized a massive meet at Harvard and it was absolute chaos in the parents section. Not enough help staff, no one telling anyone where to go. Patents we’re left totally abandoned and confused. The path for parents to go to their seating was an absolute fire hazard and thought luckily no one was injured when our groups were passing each other, I can’t imagine the whole weekend could go by without spectator injury. Poor by design. Apparently this is not Brestyan’s first invitational here, and the setup then was not as dangerous. The meet running twenty minutes or so is expected, but that was the case too.The reason for the post is the sheer number of adults and the hired staff, doing their best to figure out how to help, who realized just how horribly this was planned.

I give this place a one star not because it’s horrible it’s because I got assaulted by another mom in their parking lot (I am a 13 year old with autism) and they kicked me out for something that wasn’t my fault. I absolutely loved this place I would recommend it the staff there are amazing! But nobody called the police! And they comforted the woman! and nobody asked if I was okay! It was very traumatizing for me and my mom. I hope everyone is doing better though.

I trained at Brestyan’s under Mihai and Silvia Brestyan for 4 years from 2009-2014. It was not a good experience and I felt that the head coaches and some under them had a high disregard for athlete health and well being. They pushed me and my team mates to work through injuries, demeaned athletes, used tactics to pit girls against each other, commented on gymnasts weight, and frequently yelled at athletes till they cried. While I was there at least seven of my team mates had stress fractured backs from over use.Even after being out of gymnastics for 7 years I still have chronic pain from injuries I was encouraged to push throughout by Mihai and Sylvia.

Extremely overrated. Most likely milking the Aly Raisman card for years now. The teacher's, well at least the one my daughter had, and the teacher that was overseeing another class next to my daughter's, had the enthusiasm and excitement of a mortician. Waste of money. Go to Reading Gymnastics. They have it together there and show genuine interest in every student.
