Had the worst experience at Bruce's Nails. My mother and I made reservations, there was only 1 seat available and because my mother cannot climb stairs we got separated. 20 minutes after arriving still no service. I called the main telephone number to question what was going on? After a 1/2 hour my pedicure finally began. Gonna think long and hard about coming back here again!?

Absolutely AMAZING experience at Bruce Nails, and Trish, Laila and Natalie are absolute gems! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere is welcoming and professional. Trish's expertise and attention to detail truly set her apart. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered flawlessly. The results were beyond my expectations! The entire staff was friendly and courteous, making my visit truly enjoyable. I was a walk in on a Saturday morning and they took me right away for dip. Chose my color (I usually like to choose by name of color and unfortunately they don't have them labeled here you just have to pick by color you like) but my nails came out beautiful and thought my tech was good (wish I got her name). Price was the same as if I were to go somewhere in Medford or Winchester. There is parking in the front as well as the back and you can enter through the door either way. Apparently they have a second floor too, but I was on the first floor.
