First time there. Shops were cool but escalators were down and elevator wait time was crazy.

If you’re a woman, please brace yourself before walking past the “Le Chic” kiosk located in front of the in-mall Macy’s entrance. Every time I walk by, I am borderline harassed by the women that work here as they are unable to take “no” for an answer. I understand that it’s a sales business but seeing me walk by with my hair up/not visible only for these people to AGGRESSIVELY push hair extensions onto me because of that is profiling and it’s rude (mind you they don’t just sell extensions, i believe they are known moreso for their straighteners). 20 minutes after this unpleasant interaction, after I had firmly said no 5 times after being hollered at and followed, I needed to walk past their kiosk again to leave the mall. Before I even had a chance to realize where I was walking, I am immediately ambushed by the same sales woman from before, who is yelling “are you back for the extensions?!” It’s just disrespectful at that point, and upon being confronted these people hide behind the “it’s my job” excuse. Clearly she remembered me from before, and how I got upset saying no multiple times. It’s one of those things that you had to have been there to understand what I mean because they are always so close to crossing the line, that when they DO cross it, which is OFTEN, it’s hard to point it out. And it feels like bullying! They also have a history of profiling women with curly hair and making them feel bad about their natural hair in order to sell hair straighteners. All i’m gonna say is that particular sales woman is real lucky I was having a good day because It’s not every day that i’d just continue walking. Women already need to exist in a world of pushy men who can’t take no for an answer, and we don’t need other women not respecting our boundaries on top of that! I don’t care if you have a sales quota, go get a job that respects the boundaries of human beings, or get a job in sales that doesn’t prey on women’s insecurities, or women who might not be as comfortable saying no. There are other sales kiosks at this mall, like Cometeer, who may sell overpriced coffee but they do a great job of making their customers feel comfortable. “Le Chic” on the other hand just ruins the mall experience if you’re a women with hair.

A good selection of stores and restaurants if you can afford to shop in them. More upscale. Kind of expensive

The mall seems sad and run down. Besides the few major stores there isn’t too much variety. The restaurants on the outer areas is probably the only thing keeping the place alive.
