Stayed here at the beginning of our trip and I can say this place is the best accomodation during our trip.Room is spacious and kitchen is nice. Location is center. Only downturn is we have to pay parking $5/night.But overall great experience!

This place is completely mediocre in my opinion. Not good, not bad, just a suitable place.I'm sharing a room and the room itself is super spacious with a kitchenette, very comfy lazyboy, and a couch that pulls out to be a pretty comfortable bed. The downside is details. There were several things about my room that were dirty and quite frankly a bit disturbing. My cleanliness standards are honestly not high, I just want a clean room.I'll link pictures to this review of the specific things but there was a huge stain on the lamp, *fingerprints on the drinking glasses*, a chair that was mildly deteriorating and I could see dirt on the white bathroom door.Nothing insane that makes me want to leave immedietly, just kind of icky. It just seems like you're stopping in to a buddys apartment, and even though its not dirty, you dont have to look very far at all for the dirt and clutter and stains. Nice staff, working elevator.

We stayed one bedroom suites. Somehow booked last minute under 100usd/night . It is a very clean , comfortable suites. Not sure why they have 3.9 rating out of 5 , but I think thet deserve 4.2 and little above. During our stay elevator was not working, to compensate it they did not charge 5 usd / day for parking. But I still dont understand why we need to pay for parking at such location. That is the negative sides. Overall very clean, very well equipped living and kitchen area.

Not bad if you want a room. Decent, clean, I just don't love their food. But the place and their service is absolutely something to come back for.

We stayed here for a few nights. The staff was wonderful! Very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The elevator was out but all of our stays were either on the 1st or 2nd floor so it was easy to get to. Was nice to have a kitchen I could cook in. Its a stove top with two burners. Also had a full size fridge, a sink and dishwasher. Had more than enough pots and pans to cook with. Also had full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Pet friendly too. They had treats at the front entrance. Centrally located. There was a grocery store close by. They were a little on the pricey side so if you need groceries I suggest finding a market basket close by.

I've struggled to write this review because it's so positive I don't know how to do it without sounding like their undercover ceo, instead of just someone raised to say thank you - especially for extraordinary care - and to finally write a review after the thank yous become countless.I’ll expand later but been so remiss after 10+ yrs of exceptional short- and long-term stays not to have already written:Truly the best care I've ever experienced at any price point. Not just best care for a hotel at this price/category but best for any of the 100+ hotels I've stayed at as a frequent Boston business traveler with luxury hotel app deals and as a son who always visits/stays a few mins away from his suburban parents every major holiday. What’s even more exceptional is this best care isn’t one or two people but literally every employee I've had any interaction with - front desk, housekeeping, sales, general managers, etc - and it's somehow been consistent for over a decade of hotel stays, so accolades well deserved for all the individuals like Neil and Mark, Kate and Talia and so many others I'll include here soon, but accolades also for whoever/ whatever process they’ve perfected to continually hire the most kind, patient, authentic, big-hearted people.Friendly is expected in hospitality, as is helpful. But I don't think you can train people to be so inherently kind and thoughtful, countless examples of empathetic, active listening and camaraderie and troubleshooting, offering/providing me with help I would never have even thought to ask for.It makes a huge difference to me. Especially during extended work stays, when I inevitably have ups and downs to my work days and even to holiday visits. It's mawkish/syrupy to say but really is the difference for me between feeling like you're getting great care as a customer and feeling like you're getting great care as kindred person, as friends/family at home.Long list of names/examples/thanks en route but it’s late tonight and this review is already a decade belated, so posting now and will update soon as go thru notes. So many noteworthy examples of staff going above and beyond, I’ve long been personally recommending this hotel. Glad to finally recommend thru review too. With a ps also driving my decade-long recommendation: Clean rooms and convenient location (major highways; great bars, restaurants, supermarket et al, all 1 minute drive or 5-minute walk away) and parking that's proved safe overnight all these years for my bmw even with sensitive key fob occasionally unlocking doors / popping trunk.I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a week for a business trip all the way from the UK. Staff was great and the hotel room was quiet. Great location to shops, restaurants, supermarket and close to highway. The only issue I had is that the room wasn't as clean as I expected it to be. The sheets and pillowcases didn't seem to be clean either. They did look and smelled like someone slept on them and did not wash them. I ended up going to Target and I purchased my own sheets and pillowcases. I used them for the week that I was there and they tossed them in the garbage.Housekeeping is once per week which is understandable since it's an extended stay facility. However, there was no guidance as to where to put trash. I saw some people left trash bags outside of their rooms. I did take my trash with me and tossed it in the bin at work. However, the last couple of days I got black trash bags and left them in the room when I checked out. I did not use the laundry facility or gym so I cannot comment on those. I chose not to use them because if the room wasn't clean, I wasn't sure if those areas were clean.I also realized that I was charged $30. I don't know why. However, I am back in the UK and really don't have time to worry about that.I would not recommend anyone to stay here unless they work on cleaning the rooms properly.

My stay here has been very smooth and stress free. Any bumps in the road are quickly smoothed out with the help of the patient, friendly, helpful employees. So far everyone I have dealt with on a personal level has been great. I have to give Neil the 3-11 employee at the front desk a solo shout out as well, he’s very by the book, but explains everything thoroughly and seems to always have the guests best interest.

Room was not cleaned before arrival. Hotel store was empty of coffee and other supplies. Didn't see as though anyone worked there. Keys to rooms and exits were finicky and I had to get a new key card as mine just randomly stopped working. Overall bad experience for a 3 night stay.

This hotel located near by the mall, the guy who work at front desk in the evening are very nice and friendly. The hotel is kind of old, elevator took forever to work and the hall way carpet are dirty. The AC in the room very loud that I couldnt sleep. It not a good hotel for me.

Night shift personnel not trained on how to enter a late check out on a room. Late check out was for 2PM. Paid for a late check out and 15 mins after 11AM they are beating on the door. I told them I had a late check out. 5 minutes later front desk calls as well. After this was settled, I tried to go back to sleep, but failed. They messed up my sleep for the day and I had to apologize to anyone I was cranky with rest of the day. So please get your acts together there.

Room was spacious and set up well. Loved having a fridge and access to a kitchenette. Disability accessible which was great. Location was alright, we were going to Salem which is a 30min trip, but traffic made it closer to an hour ?

I tried a bunch of other budget hotels in the area (work trips), and this the only one I returned to. In both my visits, which were 3 months apart, I had the same experiences:Staff: warm, patient, welcoming, helpfulRoom: clean, spacious, well equipped, pleasantly appieling. Check-in/out was quick and seamless.- privacy: door locks twice, there are curtains, but also some of the rooms just face the garden, view of other buildings is obstructed by trees.- It's always a good thing to have a recliner- dishwasher, full sized fridge, cooking equipment, ironing board- clean a comfy bathtub (water pressure was too strong though)- outlets in both sides of the- took me forever to understand how to turn off the A.C., the plain buttons don't do anything, so the actual control was on a far away wall- a desk+chair+bearable internet connection, make the room suitable for remote work- hotel is pet friendly, so you might meet some cute dogs, but at the risk of staying close to barking/noisy ones as well. Other than 10 barks in total, there were no noticable noises- I normally prefer firmer mattresses, but that's not very common in hotels in general.- there's a 5$ per night parking fee not included in the price!Location: it's obviously not Paris, but it is right next to a nice lively and well kept commercial center, with live shows, restaurants, and people having fun.The interior of the hotel itself is awkward, but if you don't plan to depend on an expansive lobby, it shouldn't be a problem.Nearby activities: Some restaurants

Another hotel that uses Covid to not provide room servicing. Asked to have my roomed cleaned daily. Was told they only clean rooms every seven days. They want you to beg at the front desk for clean towels. Lights in the bathroom didn’t work. Carpets are just nasty. Needs maintenance badly. They don’t say this is a extended stay hotel unless you. Lots of sketchy people hanging around in the halls. Under no circumstances should you stay here.
