“After filing a claim for vandalism we contacted JN Phillips Burlington for the installation. The passenger side window was completely smashed which unknown to us had damaged the window's regulator. The tech spent a great deal of time trying to get it working and even called his boss to help. After concluding there was a damaged part, the car was sent to the dealer. Dave kept in touch with me through text messaging until we had the new window installed. This team turned the worst night of my life into relief that my car was looking good again.
