Car Glass Repair in Burlington, MA

“Super easy to book, scheduling was readily available, and great service. What impressed me is that I was running late and did my best to notify them. Upon arrival, I was met by a really nice guy who didn't make anything of my late arrival. He told me how long it would take and I used that time to visit a lovely used bookstore a short walk away. He texted once finished and that was that. Excited to have the extra sunblock and UV protection. So far, the tinting looks great!”

“After filing a claim for vandalism we contacted JN Phillips Burlington for the installation. The passenger side window was completely smashed which unknown to us had damaged the window's regulator. The tech spent a great deal of time trying to get it working and even called his boss to help. After concluding there was a damaged part, the car was sent to the dealer. Dave kept in touch with me through text messaging until we had the new window installed. This team turned the worst night of my life into relief that my car was looking good again. I'll use them again and would recommend their service if you live or work in the Burlington area.”

“I set up the appointment on line very quickly. The only information that I had to search for was my car insurance policy number. Safelite started servicing the car at the designated time and finished in the window that they told me. This was my second great experience with the Burlington location. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.”
