“I chose Dr. Detail because it got high reviews online and I needed a really good interior cleaning after my girlfriend vomited in the car after she got food poisoning. They were more expensive than some other places but I absolutely needed this cleaned up, and I needed the smell out of my car. When I picked the car up, it was absolutely beautifully cleaned and the smell was gone, and I was very happy. However a couple hours later when I was driving I noticed the smell again. I called them up and told them about this, and they told me to come in and they would shampoo the carpets again for free, and clean the seats again for free. Needless to say I was very impressed. For $52 plus a tip, I feel like my car was detailed. It’s beautifully clean, and they even vacuumed the hay out of the back end. They took the rubber floor mats out of the car and scrubbed them. “I usually opt for touchless car washes but had a coupon for a free wash. It didn't mess up my antenna so that was a good start. It left the car a lot cleaner but an automated carwash will never do as well as hand washing.The vacuums are free to use afterwards, too. I think they're supposed to be 5 minutes but I wasn't paying attention but only did the parts that the high powered crevice tool was needed.”
