I have been going to cvs in Burlington tonight I was made fun of by one of the tech because I had git to cvs to get my suboxine. My medication was supposed to be ready by 9 am I walked there at 8 pm it was not ready any body that knwk knowledge know I need the medication and I haven't had it I was out.He need yo he fired the Asian tech that was there tonight so not go to the pharmacy I was made fun of because I am only a addict to them but I Clean today and proud to say we do recover. I am very disappointed with this service I have got tonight .

Terrible, they made me wait one hour for my medicine and in the end they told me there was a glitch on the computer, but just for my medicine. No respect at all for the customers. They should have someone responsible to check how long the client is waiting and why. CVS at 242 Cambridge St, Burlington MA

Consistently misplace prescriptions so I need to ask doctors to re-send prescriptions. One of the times, this was because they kept swapping brand name for generic despite specific instructions from the dr that we needed the brand name - it took days to figure it what was happening because they would only say they didn't have the (brand name) prescription. Poor customer service - not knowledgeable, very unhelpful and poorly run. Have switched to another pharmacy and have been much happier with the quality of their service.

Multiple frustrations using the pharmacy at this store. Always mistakes and complications communicating with physicians. Chronically understaffed with registered pharmacists.

I have never had such a bad experience at a CVS before, this is the second time I use their photo station and each time I order ahead, I get an email that the photo is ready, and I go there and they don't have my photo. So the worker, I think his name is Hassan, tells me to use the booth and that it will be done immediately, the booth takes almost 20 minutes to load each picture, but I finally do it. I then wait 30 minutes for anyone to help me, and finally Hassan brings his friend to help, and he tells me it can't be printed today, imagine my dismay and aggravation. I just lost two hours of my life I will never get back. Thanks Hassan and friend.

staff is not passionate in what they do. vibes are not that great. the store itself is kept on the cleaner side. products are lacking.

Always been rude. I've gone to this CVS for years just because it's close by. They've always always always been rude and ignorant. But today i needed to actually make a yelp review. I called in to see if they offered covid tests and the guy yelled at me "BOOK IT ONLINE. WE. DO. NOT. DO. IT. FOR. YOU." I replied with "okay! I will be booking it online, i was just calling to make sure you guys offered them." and he was grunting and angry after i said that and i said "I was only phoning in to ask the question, tha-" and he HUNG UP ON ME. He was very rude and is definitely influenced by his co workers. They are all crabby and mean. Do not go here unless you want to feel degraded. Bad place.
