Don't take your children for vaccines here. Poor technique with administration. If a child moved during administration they would be injured, as both of the tech's hands were gripping the syringe like a dart.

Terrible pharmacy. Made my brother wait in pain for over an hour. When we complained, they told us we won't serve you. They wouldn't even transfer our prescription because they couldn't take our complaint. That's honestly embarrassing. I used to work as a pharmacy technician and would never do that to a customer. If someone is waiting when there is no line and in pain, you don't just take it casually. I don't know why they are so miserable. They shouldn't take it out on customers. Just do your job properly. You are paid to work. The reason why the technicians there don't care is because the pharmacist allows them to. I liked CVS but am never going there again.

CVS should not be used for COVID testing. I could not travel on my international flight because they did not get me the test results on time. most countries need test results 24 hours before flight, they take over 48 hours. do not use their services.

The single worst pharmacy I've ever used. I couldn't even begin to describe the seemingly endless amount of issues I had to deal with. Every single person behind the counter at the pharmacy has continued to set the low bar for how much customers are willing to put up with before making a switch. I switched to a local pharmacy a few months ago and it has been like a dream in comparison

Terrible customer service. The staff at the register and the staff at the pharmacy are not on the same page as far as knowing the correct process for a Covid test. I was actually mocked by a woman on their pharmacy staff but their staff were the ones that gave wrong information. I was told to refer to a you tube video for information instead of actually talking to a human. Whatever happened to speaking w an actual person? If I'm in your store and you're standing there why tell me to watch a you tube video for further info?

During COVID-19 testing, person giving instructions was very rude. Completely shitty service lately at this location in general. Almost talked to manager.

Nice big store,plenty of products. BRING YOUR OWN CLOTH BAGS!!!! The paper bags will rip as soon as the cashier hands it to you! The cashier will give you another one equally as cheap. This is great. They won't let me post this.

Lousy service, one of the staff at the cashier was very rude she did not want to deal with me as I tried to tell her that I'm Deaf and showed her my driver's license in order to receive my medication but she let the guy "Derek" handled me. I wanted to call complain to the pharmacy manager but she was without her name tag. This happened at 11am today on 2/3/19. She was blonde, had her hair up. She was about 20s or 30s, worked with "Derek" next to the cashier in pharmacy. This pharmacy need better training on how to communicate with Deaf and hard of hearing people. Lack of professional. Gonna change to different location for my pharmacy.

Staff are incredibly rude and dismissive. Disgusting atmosphere of bullying and arrogance. Try harder not to hire such miserable employees. Will not ever be spending money here again.
