5 minutes early for my appointment. Waiting room is mobbed, with seats shoulder to shoulder. You go up to the desk to check in and there is plexiglass hanging with signs not to stand between the gaps in the hanging glass so "they" dont get sick (while we all are squeezed into the waiting room). Half hour later, finally called in. After the appointment get to the car and wait in a line in the parking lot to pay. $7 for parking and if I was taken in at my appointment time and didnt wait in line at the gate it would have been cheaper! $7 to park is ridiculous for an appointment. Why?? What does that money go to? Its not like they detailed my car or parked it for me!

Today, I met Stacy at the desk of the Lahey Hospital & Medical Center - MRI Department. I had one of the best experiences of these challenging times. She was kind, compassionate, and supportive. She helped me to see the machine and told me these great words: "It is necessary, it is temporary & you will do your best!" These words will be my mantra when I have to get into that machine. Thank you, Stacy.

The Dept of Ophthalmology does not answer their phone lines. I waited on hold almost 20 minutes before hanging up. I called back the next day and it was the same thing. How ridiculous!

Painfully slow service. We waited 1.5 hours just to get a renewed contact lens RX. And, there were lots of hidden fees for contact lens exams. Lost a whole afternoon!!

Have been here for 2 days with a family member who is in ICU, not sure if they are going to live. Had to leave and run an errand and came back after midnight so I had to go through the emergency room entrance. The woman at the front desk could not have been more rude. I hope I never have an emergency after midnight and have to deal with her horrible attitude. She should NOT be working in health care where patients lives are on the line.

I had to call for over 2 weeks every other day to see if they have received my files. Once they agreed that they probably have my file, getting an appointment was pretty quick. What annoyed me here was I asked if they have parking since I had never been here and the reception said yes right in the front. But she forgot to inform me that there is a nice charge for parking and no place outside is available to park.
