Shoes fell apart on me at Christmas, the family asking whos shoes are falling apart! Embarrassing to say the least , these are $220 shoes, stopped in at ecco , Burlington mall were i bought them. Girl was rude! Told me to just were them, told me thay have nothing to do with it and contact ecco, but i gabe that store my united states dollars , she wouldn't even give me a bag to put them in , not good customer support from ecco Burlington mall i left unhappy, shoes were only worn a handful of times

Nobody is at this store. I stopped by at 11:40am on a Thursday. Waited over 30 minutes. Every other store is open.

The store is not open today. There is a sign on the door that says the associate will be back in just a few minutes. I keep going back but the door has never opened. It's been 1.5 hours. This is all during posted open hours. Also last time I was in the associate could not have been grumpier. I love their product but the store gets poor marks
