We had an excellent experience with Erin at Ethan Allen in Burlington. We have a family room with an awkward layout, and Erin came up with multiple designs to help us decide what would work for us. She also helped us pick fabrics that would go together based on our color choices. I highly recommend!

We probably didn't think of ourselves as Ethan Allen shoppers but it turns out we are! We have been looking for swivel gliders for our living room for years, and after having tried all the options at every furniture store under the sun, we finally came across the Mod Motion Glider, which is super comfy and totally stylish. It looks a little like a more updated take on a wingback chair. And we were so pleasantly surprised by all the fabric choices available. So many color choices and patterns unlike the array of basic solid choices you see at most other furniture stores. We went with a sort of funky print that seemed a little whimsical to us and totally suits our taste. We also got some coordinating throw pillows for our couch and the living room looks so good again! Our design consultant Rita was super helpful. Very flexible and easy to work with. She is so knowledgeable about interior design and gave us great advice. The chairs arrived yesterday, a few weeks earlier than they initially estimated, and we couldn't be happier with them.

From my designer Paul to the delivery people who went above and beyond by carrying my heavy glass case through the snow into my basement door I would highly recommend the furniture and rugs and artwork at Ethan Allen.

This store for the Ethan Allen franchise was superb. Our sales person and the manager were extremely helpful with selection and very supportive with changing out the cushions that came on our new couch with supportive understanding and need to make a correction. I would happily shop at this particular Ethan Allen again with many thanks!

Great service, excellent merchandise -- the recliner I purchased is wonderful! Erin was a top-notch salesperson, very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. without a doubt, top quality furniture and expensive, too. The delivery service was also top notch but frankly charging $300 (299) for delivery of one chair was outrageous! For the prices you pay at Ethan Allen charging so much for delivery seems like price gouging.

Arwen was terrific. She offered her help and was readily available for questions and advice, but she let us proceed at our own pace without shadowing us. She stayed after hours to enable us to stay longer even though we weren’t ready to buy. When we actually closed on our new home, Arwen came in on her day off and offered her expertise in choosing fabric and making recommendations for complimentary pieces. Ethan Allen in Burlington, MA, is lucky to have such a valuable employee.

Erin Cormier is a top notch and one of the best designers I've ever worked with both professionally and personally. She worked closely with me to pick out perfect furniture for our new home and I am so happy with everything that we picked out!! She continuously goes above and beyond to communucate and support her customers and was an absolutely pleasure to work with!!On purchasing from Ethan Allen, the furniture is high quality, looks beautiful and well worth the investment and made locally, the delivery drivers are so friendly and helpful, everything about our experience in furnishing our new home exceeded our expecations!

Arwen Arwen was a delight to work with! She has impeccable taste, is helpful, provides honest feedback based on your style and needs, and is a lot of fun! I never felt rushed but it was a very efficient process. I loved every minute of it and I usually dread furniture shopping!
