They have rats, destroyed my whole storage. Insurance claim was a scam they wouldn’t do anything and the management wouldn’t be do anything either wouldn’t take money off. I told them plenty of times there was droppings of mice or rat. They didn’t listen pointlessly to keep stuff there.

INFESTED WITH CLOTH EATING MOTHS. They can get into plastic storage bins they ate holes in my clothes, some new with tags worth hundreds of dollars. It’s literally disgusting. Hundreds of moths. We are paying over $300 a month to have my entire lifes worth of sentimental items like clothes, books, sheet music destroyed by bugs. I had sealed bags with sweaters from my grandpa unopened since he died in July of 2022 with holes in them eaten by moths. I haven’t added any cardboard, cloth, paper etc that a moth would come in on and we’ve been in this storage unit almost a year. Someone brought bugs inside. It should be illegal.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. EXTREMELY SHADY BUSINESS. They increased my unit rate from $86/Month to $155/Month, three months in due to “Adjusting to market rates”, since when I signed up I was offer the “Online rate”. When I asked where the notification sent prior to the increase, I was told that it was sent thru mail….?
Why advertise rates if you’re not going to maintain them long term, that predatory and bad business.

two years old facility. very easy to move in and out of the storage. The price is much cheaper than the surrounding storage facility. But they refuse to guaranty the price, so I end up prepaying 12-month rent. Otherwise, I will give it 5-star rating.
