Nick was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I was impressed by his ability to multitask efficiently, helping multiple people without leaving me to feel ignored. I watched him greet every customer with a smile and he made my shipping transaction pleasant and smooth. Truly outstanding customer service!

Store manager at this location is very rude and disrespectful. He said there is no package forme on hold while I had received a notification that there’s a package ready for pick up at that store. Sure enough the package was there but he didn’t care to spend couple of minutes and look for it. He was agitated and jumpy during few minutes interaction.

Brian was unhelpful and rude thoughtout our brief interaction. I've been coming here for years, and this is the first time I've received such terrible service. Reading the bad reviews, the common nominator is Brian - if you are reading this Brian, quit your job. You don't belong in customer service. You make the whole interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. I tried thinking of possible career options, and I seriously can't think of anything that should suffer you presence. I hope you are not there when i come back. The one star is for the person that answer my call when i called customer service. He was good.

Guy with long beard said I could not ship my package with a certain logo in box. When I said I would cover the logo he said he would reject it. Very rude. Went down the street to Office FedEx store and they took it without a problem.

Just drove all the way here because they said they were open and the door is locked. How can you say you are open when you are not. So frustrating.

Brian was able to help me shipping an awkward shaped item and made sure the box would fit snugly! Was nervous going there with the bad reviews but Brian jumped in and helped, I’m grateful

The staff provided wrong information, even when asked explicitly and asked for the 2nd time. The manager thinks it is OK.I called about the availability of a specific telescopic box. The guy told me they have 11"×7"×108". I asked if that was internal or external. He told me "internal". I asked to check what it says on the box, that it is not 10"×6", and he told be it is internal.When I came, it turned out it is printed on the box that the size is 10"×6".I drove all the way from W. Roxbury, while I could have gotten the 10"×6" closer.When I started expressing my frustration, the manager who was standing nearby told me with a raised voice "Don't yell!", even though I wasn't. Not an apology, not that they will try to do better.(The employee who lied to me initially did apologize.)I will do my best to avoid this store.
