The worst. Girl working there had zero clue. They also had buy 3 get one sale advertised everywhere. When I went to pay for my products I was told the promo had passed. So if it's pased why is thr promo plastered everywhere at the store. False advertising. Left my 9 products on the counter and left

SCAMMING STORE. BE AWARE stuff stealing your stuff because The Store doesn’t have Cameras, the stuff can just whatever you they want.This GNC store is the real scam, I order for pickup but get pick up by someone else and with the ID the showed. I have been to the Mall for past 2 months How Can I pick up even Mall security cameras show that I wasn’t there on that day to pick their stuff just “There Is nothing I can do” and they are not responsible for it. Come on do your job right give to the right person maybe. Been using GNC for past 4 years and this is end. TBH the stuff could be keep them for themself and say oh it already pick up.

Closed even though hours say it's supposed to be open. No one answers phones. Owner is leaving 5 star reviews to supplement the bad ratings here. Surprised Simon Malls doesn't do anything.

When it’s open I’ve had a good experience. But it seems to be closed most weekends lately even though it says it’s open.

They weren't open at 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Perhaps call ahead and spare yourself disappointment.
