I just want to say.... I walked into the Burlington store and was greeted by Jake!!!! He was absolutely awesome!!!!! I had a few questions about the Ping G435 10k driver. He answered me back then he asked a couple questions and set me right up with a custom Ping 435 10K driver. Got me in a Sim and swung away. Very impressed how Jake knew his golf equipment.Thanks Jake.

Needed an iron club head and grip attached to a shaft. Called up Golf Galaxy and they said they’d be more than happy to help. I get there after driving for 30 minutes to find they have a 72 hour turnaround time on the service. That’s good info to share

Their club service department is brutal. Got told to come back another day because the "club tech isn't in today". Then never got a call back after getting a club reshafted. Missing all the small details.

I brought my 13 year old son in for his first set of clubs, and golf shoes. I do not know the first, or last thing about golf, and Matt was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help us tonight! Thank you!!

I had a fitting today with Jamie. His professionalism and knowledge and advice were exactly what I needed to help find what needed. I quickly trusted his recommendations and would not go to anyone else with my golf needs and advice to improve my game. I would highly recommend anyone to see Jamie!

The absolute worst customer service. I was there to buy irons and had an appointment for a fitting. Checked in and the guy behind the counter said he would be right with me. When it came time for the fitting he was nowhere to be found. The manager was no help either. This is a much longer story but I think you get the idea. They lost my business. I will never go to golf Galaxy again.

The point system is terrible recently bought gift cards for the store and the manager said they could not be Applied to my points. When you check out they tell you we don’t have access to your points. Many other options for golf warehouse stores

I had a fantastic 3 Wood fitting with John the other day. There are so many positive things I can say about my experience with John and the fitting. We tried a bunch of different brands as well as shafts. He was very patient and knowledgeable on what club fit me best. Eventually we were able to settle on 2 different clubs and he helped me choose which one would be the better option. Overall John is a great guy and I definitely recommend that if you are getting a fitting, you book it with John.

I'm brand new to the game of golf. The employee who has helped me most often is Scott. He knows his stuff, is super friendly, and will help you however he can. If you go here ask if Scott is working.

I had a great driver fitting session with John today, he was very knowledgeable and patient. We worked through a lot of different options with heads and shafts and I know I ended up with the right set up. I would recommend to anyone.

I was there recently and was set on purchasing a new set of irons. I found the TaylorMade P790s which have been the ones I have wanted for over a year, once I picked them out and got to the register it made me rethink ever picking up golf to begin with. The employee at the register kept making remarks towards me about how the clubs I selected may not be suited for my game after asking me one question about my current 8 iron?? He then proceeded to tell me how expensive they were (Only $700) and it almost seemed as if he was trying to talk me out of purchasing my dream set of irons. To finish the interaction he told me that the TaylorMade P790's are bladed irons which is unequivocally false and one google search tells you that. I have never once had a customer service interaction where a cashier is actively trying to talk me out of a purchase while making snark remarks about how he thinks my golf game does not support the irons I chose. Only gave two stars because their prices for used clubs seemed better than other stores.

Listen, I've been golfing for awhile. The lead guy Murray is absolute hardo. The guy is miserable. I was semi depressed when I left because I had to deal with him. That's how bad it is. I would not recommend coming to this store. Go elsewhere, anywhere. Somewhere with polite customer service, and we poke who actually care about their job.
