“I’ve loved Mom’s for a long time and wished they would come further north. So excited for this entry into New England. They have great selection of (all organic) produce and grocery (lots of local & value driven companies), but what sets them above the rest is their commitment to sustainability and their workers. And they’ll proudly tell you all about it with signs all over the store. Lots of great recycling programs and thoughtfulness in packaging and carbon footprint. Prices are competitive and the store wasn’t over crowded, making it a delightful shopping experience. Updated from previous review on 2024-05-03”
“Only place I know of for loose herbs and every other form (tinctures, elixirs, balms etc) of natural medicine you could imagine! Reasonably priced and they carry a ton of local and small business items. Absolutely adore this gem!”
“If you are getting healthy and looking for a great small store to grab some great high-quality foods, then this is the place.
We got a chance to chat with the owner, and he was super friendly! He also mentioned that if one of the bigger stores stopped carrying something to let them know , they may be able to order for you.

“Finally got around to stopping by and I’m glad I did. Needed to make a honey bomb for a cold. Picked up some fresh ginger and lemons along with local raw honey and Ceylon cinnamon. Found a few new snacks like Gus soda and am currently drinking the Tierra Farm coffee I got from here. The place is cozy and clean and the owner Jason was very helpful. I will definitely be back!

“Exspensive side of groceries but you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t suggest getting your cereal, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. from here. But their bakery was on point and had a great hot/cold food bar”
“I needed something from the bakery, when I called they picked up the phone quickly transfer my call and provided me enough help. The associates in basket section, named Rana- works on Monday evening shift, went above and beyond to help me! I would definitely go back and give him some flowers! What a great staff!! Great experience!!”
“Visited GNC today in hopes of getting recommendations on a few vitamins I wanted to implement into my daily rotation. I was assisted by Sean and a new worker Ray, and let me tell you, they were knowledgeable! Sean and Ray knew so much, and they were able to inform me in such a clear manner where it was extremely easy to understand. Not to mention they were incredibly nice! I ended up leaving with more than I expected to solely because they gave me the most concise and helpful insight. Great energy all around! Keep up the good work Ray, Sean, and GNC Lowell!”
“Extremely clean establishment!!!! I've been to a lot of whole foods in the Boston area,and this one is so far, THE BEST! I live in Hyde Park, and was in the area for a Dr appointment. Stopped at whole foods for a salad. The salad bar was amazing! Fully stocked nice and neat. I love it! The cashier was friendly and vibrant! I will definitely be back!”
“Very large parking lot makes it convenient with lots of free parking even on very busy days (eg day before Thanksgiving)!
Large selection of foods and other kitchen accessories as well.
Excellent service provided by store associate when asked for help, took the effort to actually walk along with me and find the item I was looking for (difficult to find trussing twine, obscured behind many other items on a shelf).

“High prices, usually high quality, but the asparagus is usually quite sad looking. The employees are very helpful and will even look in the back for items sold out on the shelf. I often find Amazon Prime deals in front when I walk in.”

“I like this store but I just bought a half chicken that had a best buy date from 4 days ago. I only realized it when I opened the package and it smelled awful. How can they not be aware that they’re leaving expired meat out for that long? Don’t they do daily checks of these things? Gross.”

“This market is located next to the hospital building. I was expecting there to be only a small convenience store inside the hospital, so I was very happy to see this store. I was able to have breakfast there and buy some groceries, so I was very satisfied.”
