“My favorite place to shop. I can’t believe it took me so long to find! It’s a little orange crt but well worth it. It’s a quiet and relaxing atmosphere every th really good free coffee and classical guitar music playing overhead. I like that the produce bags are compostable. The meat and fish selection is small but I’m vegan so it doesn’ matter to me, there is a HUGE selection of vegan food which makes my heart happy! I’m so glad this place is here - Highly recommend.”
“Finally got around to stopping by and I’m glad I did. Needed to make a honey bomb for a cold. Picked up some fresh ginger and lemons along with local raw honey and Ceylon cinnamon. Found a few new snacks like Gus soda and am currently drinking the Tierra Farm coffee I got from here. The place is cozy and clean and the owner Jason was very helpful. I will definitely be back!

“Only place I know of for loose herbs and every other form (tinctures, elixirs, balms etc) of natural medicine you could imagine! Reasonably priced and they carry a ton of local and small business items. Absolutely adore this gem!”
“If you are getting healthy and looking for a great small store to grab some great high-quality foods, then this is the place.
We got a chance to chat with the owner, and he was super friendly! He also mentioned that if one of the bigger stores stopped carrying something to let them know , they may be able to order for you.
I attached photos of my new favorite salad dressing.
I will definitely be going back!!!”
“I visit this market regularly for bouquets, and all the staff are pleasant; however, I want to emphasize Evan’s skill in arranging them, as he is a master of his craft. I am glad to see him whenever I arrive. Thanks Evan!”
“I am completely biased towards this WF as I have lived in the area for a long time. Overall, the service is good and seems to be a well-stocked store. Offers a nice alternative to Market Basket and end up shopping at both on my grocery days. Very convenient to get to if I need to quickly replenish anything at home.”
“I had a great experience with Roman S. in the Prepared Foods department at Whole Foods. From the moment we started talking, he was incredibly energetic, positive, and genuinely kind. His upbeat attitude made the interaction enjoyable, and he really brightened my day.
Roman went above and beyond with his generosity and customer service, making me feel genuinely valued as a customer. It wasn't just about the food—it was the way he interacted with people, with warmth, respect, and a positive attitude that made a lasting impression.
Roman is an outstanding representative of Whole Foods. Employees like him are the reason customers keep coming back. Whole Foods is fortunate to have someone with his enthusiasm and kindness serving customers. Thanks again, Roman, for making my day a little brighter!”
“I needed something from the bakery, when I called they picked up the phone quickly transfer my call and provided me enough help. The associates in basket section, named Rana- works on Monday evening shift, went above and beyond to help me! I would definitely go back and give him some flowers! What a great staff!! Great experience!!”
“This is one of my favorite stores. They have a wide variety of organic, fresh, and international foods. However, I gave it a 4-star rating because everything is quite expensive.”
“Typical of Whole Foods markets. Had all the organic things, the prepared bar, and because its Mass., a pretty good beer and wine section. Its also walking distance of a Walgreens and the Doubletree, so great location”
“Writing this to counter the complaint on the manager by the customer in front of me. We waited 10 mins for the employee to get change from the bank. Apparently that was outrageous to him. Pretty disappointed in that Afghanistan combat veteran”
“Very polite, very friendly , so much love when we walk in..
my daughter and I always feel welcome my daughter has a disability and they have never made us feel any difference.. they're an amazing crew that works there.. tomorrow I hope everyone is safe due to the weather and thank you for being there and hard times as they are right now
...?”
“I always love going to Whole foods
I try to buy food items that I wouldn't normally buy that are on sale to experience different food. I am always surprised that I really enjoyed what I have chosen.
Amazon prime is also a plus!”
“Its rare that i would write a review for a grocery store but the experience i just had at whole foods on Cambridge st was awesome. As soon as i walked in i was greeted by Kev. He runs security for Whole Foods. He was so kind i decided to just ask him where i could find the bags of ice. Well, Kev went above and beyond. He walked me right to the freezer section and got me a bag. That was so awesome. Thanks Kev! There is also plenty of parking!”
“My experience at whole foods has been such a delight all of the employees have been so helpful and so kind, especially an employee named Joseph. He knew exactly the aisle and what I needed and assisted me in finding it quickly.”
“I like that they’re open until 10 PM. It’s very clean in my opinion and easy to conduct Amazon returns here. We also enjoyed their Strawberry Shortcake I bought for my wife’s birthday recently.”
“I don’t know why this place has such a low review rating! I walked in there and within 15 minutes John provided me with many different supplements and a good explanation for what each one of them did - along with how it will benefit me with my upcoming college football season. Happy to be a member there and I look forward to coming back after the season”
