Always receive excellent service at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington. My service advisor, June Fraser, is very knowledgeable and courteous. She constantly kept me informed of the status of service for my car. She is a gem! The dealership has a very pleasant waiting area that is well stocked with snacks and drinks. The wait time for my car was under an hour. The employees that I have dealt with are very positive and seem to enjoy being part of the Herb Chambers team. I recommend this dealership without reservation for both sales and service.

Great service, helpful staff in the service dept. I appreciated Michael letting me know the status of my oil change and if anything else was needed and coming to the waiting area to let me know when my car was ready. I do like you can now book oil change appointments but having to wait an hour with an apt seems a little much.

Brought my car in for a bunch of things and Michael was helping me with my car. He went above and beyond! I thought I had to spend over $1000 on my car but Michael was kind enough to look into my account and let me know I have extended warranty! Made my day! Thank you, thank you!

I received good customer service when I took my Lincoln MKZ in to have the leaks on the new tires checked out. HC Honda of Burlington fixed the problem.

Take your car anywhere else but here for service! I had a very unpleasant experience with their service staff two years ago where a representative, June, was just so rude from the moment we started talking. Years later I reluctantly returned because they said a service would be covered under warranty after looking at paperwork for my vehicle and I thought maybe that rep would be gone by now. I show up the next day as directed only for the service department to backpedal, telling me the work would not be under warranty. When I understandably asked for the reason they only tried to belittle and patronize me, laughing at me saying I couldn't understand them when they were saying my car never even had a warranty even though it was bought as a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. Even if the work was done for free I would never come back to a business where employees feel empowered to be so rude to customers. Avoid at all costs.
