I brought my car to this service center because the tire light was on. Since we were close to the service mileage, we decided to get it checked. However, my experience was not satisfactory. Firstly, the service center did not provide any reason as to why the tire light was on, except that the tires were worn out. I found this difficult to believe as I don't think the sensor can measure that. Nevertheless, I trusted their comments as I am no expert in these matters.They recommended that I buy new tires, as they had an offer. I suspect they were recommending this only for the commission. When I received the cost breakdown, the person said that the total cost of the service would be around $500. But to my surprise, when I went to pay, they said that this was only the cost of the tires. This was not transparent at all, and I found it very unprofessional.Furthermore, they charged me extra for alignment, which is usually included when you buy new tires. When I checked the pressure of my tires, I found that each tire had a different pressure level, even though I had spent almost $900. This was very disappointing.To top it off, the oil change was very expensive compared to other places. I was not satisfied with their service and would not return to this service center.

My daughter and I took her car in for a recall and I guess two women looked like an easy mark. They told her they discovered that the front sway bars needed to be replaced because they were loose - they quoted more than $400. The car was running fine on the way there, but started making a loud noise on the way home - a totally new issue. Brought it to my regular mechanic and he said it looked like the sway bars had been intentionally bent! I don't know if that is true, but the price alone is enough for the low review - the fix cost less than half the amount quoted at Herb Chambers.

Please don't take your care here for service or shop for a car at this dealership. They are absolute crooks, a light came on in my car so I brought it there for them to look at. They gave me a quote for $5000 to fix and quoted it would take 12 hours to fix. After doing some research and calling other dealership all of the work was under warranty. They failed to tell me that and wanted to see if they can get away with charging me $5000. Once the car was done I went to pick it up and left the dealership and every light came on the dashboard and the brakes weren't working properly. The customer service was very rude about the whole process and didn't own up for the why my brakes and lights were on. Please be careful and do your research before bringing your car to this dealership.

John Francis was incredibly personable and remarkably knowledgeable. He sets a very high standard for a salesman, working with the customer with wit and wisdom. Give that man a raise!!!

Went with my teenage daughter for her first car. She researched and found a car that she asked if we could check out. The car was a Kia Forte and even though it was an older vehicle, it was in great shape and good value. Our salesman, Vladimir Klimov was terrific in answering our questions and had tremendous knowledge of the car. We worked with him and his sales manager Julian Aguirre, who was equally helpful. It was the best car buying experience I ever had. My daughter is very happy, and I thank Vlad and Julian for their help and guidance.

Absolutely abysmal customer service and communication from the service department. Dropped my vehicle off for completion of “phase two” of a safety recall. My appointment was for 9AM. When I called at 12:15 to see what the status of the service was I was told they did not have the parts necessary to complete the job and that I would have to bring it back another day. Why on earth would you accept a car for “phase two” of a safety recall fix without the parts necessary to complete the task? Cesar was condescending and rude over the phone. Diego, the service manager, magically found the necessary part after I arrived to the dealership and explained that the situation was unacceptable. I then had to wait in the lobby for the fix to actually be completed. Your time and satisfaction is absolutely not a priority for this service department.

I have owned 3 Kia cars over the past decade and have nothing but a positive experience with them. Diego and Caser from Service have been nothing but completely professional with me and treated me very well. I highly recommend Kia Burlington on their service alone.

They arent great at keeping their cars looking like they want to sell them. A while ago I test drove a stinger scorpion edition which the salesman had said the manager had been living with. Since it was listed, there was an extra 5k miles, clearly had seen cigarettes inside (there was a pack in the center console which the salesman tried to cover up) and had a lot of personal belongings strewn about the cabin. Secondly, as I knew a lot about the car before going to look at it, I found the salesman not knowing or telling me wrong facts about the car that I had to correct him on. Today I went to look at a Stinger GT, again there were personal belongings inside and curbed wheels which were either hidden well in the listing pictures or not there before. All around quite unprofessional and sloppy salesmanship.

I had a lovely experience here when I brought my Kia car in for a recall appointment. Calling the week before to set up the appointment was very easy and clear. Michael was very kind and set me up right away the morning of the appointment. The lobby is big and clean and comfortable and has bathrooms. The parking lot is small and narrow so I was nervous about backing out safely after but the team was very kind and had my car out front when it was fixed. I am pretty sure they also rinsed my car off which was incredibly kind and appreciated. The drive to Burlington is a bit rough for me but it's worth it for me when I need dealer services. I'm so glad Kia of Lynn ghosted me so I made my appointment here. ? I have my own family mechanic that I visit regularly but if I didn't, I'd trust bringing my car here, I think.

Well, let’s start by saying I called another Kia in Norwood their service department was absolutely Horrible!!!I called Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington, and from the minute I called Cesar he was absolutely so professional and so nice and so caring about my situation. They took me in right away. Ordered the part right away and then two days later I brought my car in.I brought it in Saturday morning and Diego the service manager took care of me right away. He was so professional. My car was completed and washed in less than two hours. I recommend Herb Chambers Kia to everyone. Their customer service is Excellent!!!!!

I made an appointment to have the manager give me a value on my car to trade in. When I arrived for the scheduled appointment, the assistant told me that the manager was running late because he was stuck in traffic. Meanwhile, I have driven 45 minutes and was on time for the appointment. I waited 30 minutes and finally left.

Horrible post sale experience with Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington. Staff were condescending, rude and did not tell the truth. Except for the young salesman, everyone blamed another department for each problem. I paid a premium for my new car and no one seemed to understand the concept of customer service. If you want to feel good about your purchase, buy your car somewhere else.

Very bad experience. I made an appointment a month out to bring in my Kia hybrid Sportage for a small warranty repair. I arrived the morning of, and was told off by an angry employee named Michael that I'm not welcome to bring it in if I didn't buy it at Herb Chambers, as he angrily pointed at a stack of documents apparently for cars that were already undergoing repair in his shop, and told me that his manager told him not to let anyone drop any new cars off. It is against Kia policy to discriminate against people according to where they bought their car. Even worse, I waited for a month for the appointment, at any time during which wait they could have respectfully asked me to reschedule somewhere else.This guy Michael had a terrible attitude. He was aggressive and rude and the office itself is cramped and everyone seems unhappy. Definitely do not interact with these people.

0/10 would recommend. Incompetent. Cesar and his two workers misdiagnosed my KIA and then had the audacity to tell me it was my fault for saying yes to them fixing it, and they weren't going to give me a refund for it. I trusted their professional expertise; in that they identified the problem with the tools and resources that their shop possesses and paid about $1400 for that service. Not even 24hours, my car starts doing the exact same thing I went there in the first place to get fixed. Long story short, I took elsewhere, and the real problem would've only cost me $1000. Had to escalate the situation a little to have them reimburse me, but still ended up paying at least $200 more than I needed to. Never going back
